Lol, banshee crept me out the first time I saw it.

I heard it scream and I knew right then and there I had an enemy worth respecting.

 

When it started using biotic jumps AND screaming I new I was going to die.

 

Then I got sync killed and freaked the f*ck out.

(And not on the list and probably everyone's most hated enemy: "That Pyro").

I agree, Shepard's clone was awesome & I felt sorry for him/her (there is still some good inside him/her )

David Archer was an atypical adversary, I fought his geth relentlessly but when I saw what his own brother did to him...

 

Also... Collector General. There is something sad in his final look before the base explodes...

^ Yeah, I guess it's odd to feel sorry for a hideous mutated monstrosity, but I'm thinking he must have felt like 'finaly I'm free!' when Harbinger releases him, only to get obliterated a second later...

Saren was the best Mass Effect villian that Bioware created, by far. Sovereign was great as well, though I'd rank him behind Saren.

 

Out of DLC villains I'd rank the Shadow Broker & Balak the best, as far as story and dialogue. The clone and Maya Brooks were quite fun as well, though I think they suffered a bit from having nonsensical motivations. They would have worked better as antagonists if at least Maya Brooks was indoctrinated. As much as I liked Tela Vasir I thought she suffered from a similar problem as Brooks and the clone...her reasons for opposing Shepard never made much sense. 

 

The worst by a mile was Kai Leng.

Donnel Udina - was always a pain in the ***

 

Vido Santiago - can't stand how smug this guy is. I usually play paragon, but this was one of the enemies I loved to see get beat during a renegade play.

 

Harbinger- I like all the trash talking he does to Shep

 

Administrator Anoleus - wish I could punch him in the face. I like the smirk on Shep's face as Gianna Parasini arrests him

She always cracks me up for calling Shepard a dull stone.

There is nothing better than killing a tresher maw on foot. 

 

So I will go with that.

[Probe Away]

The Merc leaders trying to take out Archangel on Omega - Jaroth (Eclipse), Garm (Blood Pack) and Tarak (Blue Suns).  Taking Grunt and Zaeed on this mission gets you some cool dialogue with Garm and Tarak.

 

And Nassana Dantius - talk about karma.
