I totally agree, she's one of my favorite characters in the whole trilogy.
But no she is a friend only!.
I liked the Sovvy fight a lot. ME3 never touched that level of Epicness, The Saren fight was pretty Epic, as well. In ME2 I liked the Shadow Broker fight, and Vasir. Horizon was memorable, as was the Collector ship. I enjoyed the story, the fight - overcoming hopeless odds.
For me, meeting Vigil was amazing. The Protheans failed, and it was up to ALL of us in this cycle to win.
Harbinger.
It might have been TIM, but he went all Scooby Doo villain in ME3.....
Saren great villain and his goodbye suicide scene is my favorite scene in the trilogy.

She always cracks me up for calling Shepard a dull stone.
You got the wrong asari. The one that calls Shepard "dull stone" is Mallene Calis at Port Hanshan, who asks Shepard to distract Rafael Vargas while she uses a tool to infiltrate Binary Helix's database, should Shepard ask if she knows who she/he is.
ME3 rocket trooper?
Also: Thresher Maw (no Mako!)

I never thought about her as adversary. I must've been distracted by looking at her legs.
I can't believe I forgot this one in my previous post. My favorite enemy is Sgt. Kira Sterling at Port Hanshan. I absolutely hate that piece of ***!
I love how she tells Shep she's going to break his legs or knees (can't remember exactly), and then my Shep just shoots her dead. So satisfying.

I liked confronting her as a biotic. By the time I get to Noveria, throw is maxed out, so when using it, she and all of her henchmen are tossed across the room, killed instantly.

Biotics are great, but I do wish there was a renegade option to punch her in the face.
Here are my top 6 villains:
#1. Saren Arterius
#2. Jack Harper
#3. Tie between Shepard's clone & Tela Vasir
#4. Brood
#5 Benezia (Dat Cleavage
)
#6 Oleg Petrovsky
Guess what mine is.

A geth leaper?

Gives the "talk to the hand" a totally new meaning, eh?
As for myself... I adored the entire Cerberus faction in the third game. Sure, their importance to the plot was contrived and there was only so much of them after you got fed up with them.
But on the other hand, you actually had the feeling you were fighting a competent enemy. Guardians advancing on you while troopers are shooting at you, centurions throwing grenades and blanketing the area with smoke, phantoms hanging close to nemesis which acted as a lure... they had this really tactical feel to them and every fight won was a pleasure and you actually felt proud of yourself.
A geth leaper?
They're called Hoppers, and they're the worst thing alive. They're nice when they're dead, though.
Guess what mine is.
Something in the Geth faction, Colossus or Hopper maybe?
The ME1 Husk
...
No seriously, it's Saren. No one else comes close.
It would be better if people separate villains from enemies. When I think of the latter it's the guys that you fight in battle, like mercenaries in ME2 or Husks and Geth.
Saren for example, as good as a villain as one find him, the fight against him was really meh.

Human Reaper lol ![]()
Gas bags on Eden Prime. I could have shot those all day with my eyes closed.
Close second are pyjacks, most notably the one with the data disc. It felt really good shooting them on Tuchanka and then punching one.
That one Asari... Eclipse mercenary?... in Mass Effect 2, who thinks it's okay to pull a gun on renegade Shep. That one.
