I think it would be interesting running into her with Iron Bull, since they are both spies for the Qunari.

I have mixed feelings on Tallis, I don't think Felicia Day did a great job acting her out last time around, but Tallis was well written and was super interesting as a foil to my anti-Qunari Hawke. I do think that Hawke should of been able to get the scroll (or at least attempted to get it, not be bribed by some pretty bauble) and Felicia would need to do a better job to fit into the main game rather than a sort of campy DLC but, I'm not opposed to seeing Tallis again.

I would like her to appear in DA:I. I would like her to meet my Inquisitor. I would like her to remember all that nonsense she had said to my pro-mage anti-Qunari mage Hawke. And then I would like her to try and repeat that to my pro-mage anti-Qunari mage Vashot Inquisitor.

It always was very frustrating that you could never call her out on the fact that in her philosophy, a MageHawke (and Hawkes friends and potential lover) would be bound, mutilated, enslaved, and turned into living artillery.

That's what they call the "Creator's Pet". I like Felicia Day, but I think she did a really bad job at voicing Tallis in DAII. Not to mention that I found the character annoying, narrow-minded, and an awful Qunari agent, and no matter what you do she gets away scot-free. Now, the finale of DAII could not be avoided as well - but this was the result of something much, much bigger than Hawke. The fact that you can't even argue with Tallis, point her at the flaws at her philosophy and try to stop her from getting the scroll is very frustrating.

I would be fine with Tallis returning, provided we are able to debate the Qun with her a little more effectively than Hawke did. Assuming she goes on a slightly preachy ramble again, like she did in the prison cell. I didn't dislike her at all, but I wasn't pleased that Hawke couldn't even say 'I'm a mage, tell me again how I'd love the Qun if I only tried?'

Oh, yes....her. Still got a bone to pick with bw for the horrible, horrible railroading where she gets away with the documents no matter what. The character itself wasn't that bad as far as being an agent for a horrible system of belief goes. She was just completely overshadowed by the epic Isabela&Aveline show xD I wouldn't mind seeing her again even if only to throw her out a window for being an agent of the aforementioned horrible belief system. Closure is good.

I would love Tallis being brought back as well as a Cameo or a hidden Companion/LI because I still find her character interesting and she was way better than Isabella/Merrill in DA2 in my opinion anyway.

It's kind of funny she has no argument for Anders when he brings it up. Anders gets a lot of flak but was perfectly right for that one.

I like the Mark of the Assassin DLC, but i can not stand Tallis.
The only reason id want her to show up again is so that i can light her on fire.
Same here but I want the standard murder knife. I'd be quite happy to have Tallis in DAI if I can murderknife her.

Controversial as the character was in some areas, I really enjoyed Mark of the Assassin and think it was the best part of the game.
You aren't the only one. I found this DLC quite hilarious and it was definitely the best dlc for a sassy Hawke.
I do hope we see her in Inqusition.

I don't mind Tallis as long as we can tell her to sod off or push her off the cliff instead.
Tallis is the typical "I will do whatever I want and get away with it consequences be damned" character. That and Felicia Day did a terrible job at playing her character. For a backstabbing Qunari spy who messed up badly, she acts like a happy go lucky YOLO character.

Ewww. Nothing against Felicia Day, I thought she did excellent voicework in New Vegas. But Tallis....
Can't argue with her, because the writer says so.
Can't stop her from accomplishing her goals, because writer says so.

Tallis makes Liara look tame in the Creator's Pet department.
I mean the whole DLC, from a roleplaying perspective was bad. Your Hawke could not be in character and your Hawke had little to no agency over the course of the plot of the DLC.
For this and this reason alone, never mind Felicia Day' not-very-stellar performance in the DLC, I would like to have Tallis in DAI so that the Inquisitor can kill her if we want to.
It is just annoying to watch someone do whatever they want, mess up however they like and get away with it scot-free.

If she's to appear, so be it. I've got no issues with the Qunari or the Ben-Hassarath, Iron Bull or Sten. I don't even resent that stupid cell door (much) anymore. MotA had some beautiful scenery and set up a great conflict for the human warden in dealing with Celene. A Free March hero killed Celene's uncle, the one who helped avenge Celene's mother. That sounds like some pretty nice drama, and I hope they play it to the hilt. Perhaps this time, when Inq and Tallis wind up in the clink together over it, Inq will be allowed to make Tallis look like a fool. Or maybe there will be an actual option to leave her in jail, since she can get out on her own. Yeah, I gotta work on the cell door issue some more. My overall feeling of insecurity is showing again.
It would make story sense for Tallis to appear. Love her or hate her, she's probably going to.

To be honest, I quite liked the character. Yes, she was a pretty awful Qunari (unless she was just tricking you with the happy-go-lucky attitude), but I felt that actually made things a lot more interesting. Apart from her, all the adherents of the Qun we've met have been dour and striaght laced. She provides a very different take on it - even if it might just be idealism on her part.
But MotA as a whole falls apart for the reasons you mention. No matter how interesting a character Tallis is, you basically cannot interact with her. You can't question her rather odd views. You can't interfere with her goals. The writing of the character of Tallis is pretty good. The writing of the her story in MotA is utterly god awful. Hell, they might as well have not even put Hawke in it, and just let us play as her.
