Hey, so I thought it might be fun to get your superficial on, however there are no real rules or criteria, you can weight pure personality or pure physical aspects as much as desired, and obviously male or female, whatever. 

 

I thought about it myself, and found it was sort of difficult to think about, and finally decided on Ashe from FFX12 for now. It's not meant to be a negative thing or anything, there's just a lot of games out there and maybe some cool characters I've missed.

Probably beating a dead Asari here, but I'm going to say Morinth. Her mother and her seemed to be direct opposites. Samara was obsessed with moral codes and followed them like an automaton. Morinth took a potential path of pointless solitude and shattered it to forge her own.

And then she killed people with sex.

It's The Black Widow Trope twisted a bit in case you have enough Paragon/Renegade to survive her attempts. It was also one of the better "romance" mechanics. Instead of just picking comments that appealed to her, you'd have to earn her attention and use information about Morinth as leverage to achieve full-on Snu-Snu.

Honorable Mention... Gwynevere from Dark Souls? I mean, look at the size of her personality. It's huge.

Hot are many, but Kerrigan is always memorable. The latest Lara is a good heroine, too. But not as good as Kerrigan.
