not knocking anyone's choices, but I never understood the fascination with Cammy, and why Artist keep over exaggerating her features. Originally from what I recall back when Super Street Fighter 2 first came out, Cammy was depicted as petite though well toned. She is stated at being 5'5, and 101 lbs, in one wikia that claims to know, yet every artist since maybe half a decade or decade since her first appearance has depicted Cammy as usually taller than stated above and definitely thicker, I think it's gotten so bad, that Capcom themselves have done a silent retcon of her actual physical characteristics based on popularity, not she's depicted more like Chun-Li, having a less toned body upper body, but overly developed lower body, with noticeably shapelier posterior.

That's what I was saying, back in Super Street Fighter she was all around Super Well Toned. though to me muscular does not mean thick or large. However compared to the hidden artwork, and how she is generally depicted now, you'd never know she had well toned or muscular legs, but they are definitely drawn thicker now, than they used to be.
