So I was on my profile page for Dragon Age:

and it seems that some of my character portraits weren't loading up, it seems to have a broken link. 

 

How can I fix this? I'm not sure I have these character saves on my HDD anymore. 

 

I'm told on the Dragon Age Keep video that they will be utilized.

if you have a problem with the upload try again, every time you make a new save it sends data to your profile, if the picture continues to not show your warden, you should take your armor/gear off, then reequip them, then make a new save, the upload takes a few hours, when i was having this problem i would make new saves once a day for a bit until it worked. it will work eventually unless there is a specific problem with your file, there is a profile diagnostic on your profile and that can give you more information.

Looks like it uploaded the background instead of the actual portrait. If you had the saves the simple answer would be to delete them and then play the game on each save (leave it running) and wait.

Also have to turn off developer console. I thank. If you have it on. I know that their is editing or you type in steam or you download the one mod set that already has it in it. So now you need to find a way turn turn it off.

I'm not getting even this much. In the character diagnostics it say error 1000. When I went into FAQs there was intormtion about firewalls. I checked mine and it seems that everything DAO is ticked. FAQ also said about allowing /opening ports 80, 443 and 18081. I don't know how to find or allow or whatever these ports. Anyone?

You can try sending a private message to Jeff Rousell here on the forum. He can supposedly help with this issue -- I have the same problem. Unfortunately, I've not been able to get a response from Jeff so far myself.
