i thought i was going over board for getting a ps4 copy for my big screen, then a pc version to play with all my friends(theyre all pc gamers)

I bought Deus Ex:HR (-75% off on steam sale) few years ago. And I just fell in love, but at the same time I felt that I should spend some more money for this masterpiece, so I bought a collector's edition For PS3. I don't have PS3, but PC CE wasn't available anymore. I just wanted to express my love towards that game and people who created it.

 

Preordered Digital Deluxe version of DA:I only, but I guess something similar could happen.

Op isn't crazy, but has too much money and doesn't what to do with it.  Instead of 4 copies DA you could also do something useful with the money, e.g. buy food for the pets of your local animal home.

my hobbies involve my Charities, like donating my old movies/clothing to stores like good will and so forth.
I also run a online store that sells my old game systems and games. (it's secret) that only I can provide it I have a lot of collection from old era of gaming to today including handheld. I'm big collector. so I buy a lot of copies either way for many reasons.

A bit yes.. I'll stick to my 1 copy.. PC Master Race! I do own a PS3 and Xbox 360 but I never get a game on those systems if its available on PC , the consoles are just for games that don't come to PC that I want.

No you're absolutely not!. I did the same with Mass Effect games, I now have 29 physical copies of the ME games (10 of which are limited/collector's editions) + 6 digital copies .
