3rd: Calon Lavellan (elf rouge)
4th: Treno Adaar (qunari warrior)
*Treno is named after my favorite city from Final Fantasy 9.
I have the soundtrack, I think the tune is awesome. 
To me, one of the most important things in a name is how it sounds. I invented names for all my characters in Dragon Age, based on how I would have loved to shape their personality and the sounds I associate with them.
Ex. Eréberos for an arrogant entropic mage, Evòra for a mystic dalish elf, Rakshas'el for a strong human warrior (even though it would better fit on a qunari).
By the way, the name is one of the most important thing and you will identify yourself in that name for the rest of the game, it's important to choose wisely.
Even though I can't imagine how to do it, It would be great if Bioware could create dialogues where you're called by your name and not just with a title. Maybe in the future, who knows.
