I'm about to do LotSB, and Samara will join Liara and shep for the mission. I was thinking about using gibbed to change soldiershep to adeptshep, and go with a biotic death squad kinda theme. But I wondered if changing shep's class after the collector ship affects her weapon specialization choice in any way? Do I lose it?
Gibbed + ME2 question...

You can set any class to have a certain weapon training.

It should not. You should still have it + the normal adept loadout.
You can also use Gibbed to change your specialization weapon choice after the Collector ship, or even before going there. If you do it before the Collector ship then the game will skip the option to choose when you get to that part of the game, the same thing that happens when you do a NG+ since that choice is meant as a one time only thing. But with Gibbed you can pick and choose whenever you like.
