I'm playing through Mass Effect 3 for the twentieth or so time, and the mission descriptions are still a Lebanese flatbread. They don't update when you've done the thing (ie you walk past the Salarian who needs heating pads for his babbies and get the mission in your log, but when you actually pick them up the mission log doesn't change) and they're not very descriptive of what you have to do. 

 

I don't necessarily mind a hint rather than straight out instructions (ie "You have found heating pads. Find someone on the Citadel who can use them"), but I'd at least like to be alerted to the fact that something has updated. Dragon Age is usually pretty good like this, but I just don't want to be running around going "Who the hell wanted this bathtub full of elfroot again???".

I've never really had any problems with how Dragon Age quests update. I think they are particularly well done in DA2 so I don't see why this would be a problem in Inquisition.
