Who do I contact for help with issues with my bioware account? I made a thread a few days back about how my registered content page isn't showing any of my DLCs anymore and that worries me a lot, especially since after sitting with EA support for an hour they told me the only way to download some of the DLCs is through that page. I've basically figured out that I do need to contact Bioware directly but I'm still not sure how to do so :/

PM Jesse Reid he's in charge of fixing things. if you can't reach him, you can PM Allan Schumacher. from what I heard of Allan, he can literally fix content problems. not sure if he's online. he often posts in DAI schuttlebutt

It's not really Allan's job to do that.
