hmm weird...
idea: dont you have also dialogf.tlk in your NWN folder?
idea2: maybe that this line is sent by a server which is in my guess english? try upload this your tlk on your server and then test it. or just test it in singleplayer

idea1: No, I dont.
idea2: Yeah, it worked when I tested in Singleplayer mode (the same module!). It appears in portuguese.

I solved the problem by installing the translation on the dedicated server (which starts nwserver.exe).
