Does combat drone explosion have a target cap? Based on the kill streak I got yesterday from a drone exploding, I'd like to say no but I'd like to know if anyone has an answer.

I affected 5 enemies with it the other day with my Drell. Seems legit.I read on here Reave doesn't have a cap, either. Whether that's wrong or not, no clue. I just choose to believe it.
What about the Green ball of death? Dark Sphere?
I was wondering about that too because I often get killstreaks with it against early wave mooks. Same thing with Recon mine.

It's using Smash to slowly kill every swarmer on screen..
I've hit 4-5 clustered mooks with sabotage before and if organic they all get staggered/ backfired I think.

I thought the cap on RM was five? Which would still yield a KS. I'm not sure though I think it might be in the hidden mechanics thread.

Here's the hidden mechanics thread with most powers that have caps. I would guess anything without a specific cap in the code and with an AOE would be able to hit all enemies within the AOE. That is however just my assumption so TIFWIW.

You know, I'm not sure about that. I once played a Volgineer in a husk mode a buddy of my was hosting and RM didn't take out that many targets. If I had to estimate, I'd say around 5. Proxy mine, on the other hand, cleaned house like crazy. Easily 20+ dead zombies per cast. I think DS works kind of the same way.

I once nuked an entire spawn with Tactical Scan.
Nuke it from orbit - it's the only way to be sure ![]()
I just checked with phase disruptor, and biotic slash and they both only seem to hit 3 targets...with BS capable of even more maybe with close targetsidk..needs more testing.
