Oh, but Traynor is a device to cater to sexual desires. Of straight men apparently.
And we are back to "I don't like it" so it doesn't count

That'd be pretty pathetic actually. And very out of character considering the trauma he suffered at the hands of the demon.
Plus, he's a romance even if you weren't a mage on DAO. Again, there has been no condition specified. So - highly doubtful.
What does suffering at the hand of demon have anything with the warden? In DA2. it stated that he still loves the warden. Well, I'm just guessing a good story reason, still better than Cullen being "racist" for having a preference.
You know I was going to create a long and winded reply but I think I'll keep it simple as possible
1.) I am glad to have two choices to romance in Sera and Josephine.
2.) I am happy for everyone who gets more options and more/all the options they want.
3.) Thank you Bioware for you efforts. I know I will appreciate them.
Now onto things that are less pleasant
1,) With 8 romances choices I wish I could have more than 2,
2.) While I can appreciate wanting to be representative of various sexualities it is an impossible task, 8 choices or 800 will fail by default.
3.) In that light and being an RPG it would be better to have choice,
I could go on but that's the main points.

I agree on both counts.
Yay! Blackwall! BLACKWALL! Thank you Bioware! People are complaining about the amount of romance options everyone either has at least the same amount of LI in DAO, and nearly everyone has more options.
And I hate to be the one to suggest it, but perhaps the Mass Effect talk should be saved for a Mass Effect thread? I feel like this thread is getting a bit derailed.
Aiiiii i was right that cullen would be the second race gated!
Of all the race gates, I think Cullen is the weirdest. I can understand any character being gated against Qunari though, that's just messed up.
Iron Bull should have been Qun-gated instead imo, but meh I wasn't planning on going near him anyway, lel
Can you prove that you talked to Traynor for 2 minutes and then have sex? Did you have a timer by your side?
From my understanding with the T'soni romance in ME1, something I will never do, after about 2 or 3 lines, her and Shepard have sex.
I used YT videos of romance scenes to count time.
As for Liara, IIRC she talks about settling down in ME3, not ME1.
BTW, didn't you say that it's not a thread for this discussion, yet keep asking questions?
I loved, am loving, the Traynor romance. I've never done a F/F romance before her, and I'm glad I did it. Worth it. Emotionally, anyway.
Ifyou plan on doing another playthrough romancing her, click on the link in my signature under her fan group for some helpful tips about her romance
- Cries - What a let down....
I'm sorry you're not happy with it; I know the news disappointed some people who were hoping for different outcomes.
can i still hold out hope for an anora based "romance" with the empress of orlais?
Cullen and Dorian!!!!
ALL THE FEELS DX
I really can't wait to see their roles in Inquisition!! Now to figure out my Inquisition... It is so hard to figure it out!!! xD
OK then. You can tease people without being attracted to them. Some people like to be flirty. Its completely in character for Traynor to be flirty and tease (which I dont really think she does but w/e). If a woman in a hot tub is 'problematic' to you, I'd say it says more about you than anything. We see Liara and Ashley basically completely naked in ME1 but I dont hear you saying anything about that. Must only be demeaning if it happens to lesbians...
Yes, because there are no equivalent myths about straight female sexuality leading to similar damaging consequences and there are no corrective rapes on straight women.
Not to mention that this kind of portrayal of lesbian women - as sexual tease for men in one way or another - is 90% of what's presented in the media - just since the end of last year 7 TV shows presented the hardcore "lesbian sleeping with a man" trope, in Riddick titular hero "converted" a lesbian and there's going to be movie with Al Pacino soon, about older man "turning" lesbian into his wifey.

He doesn't love my Cousland, therefore they shouldn't make this potential attraction the basis of such a major character trait, IMO. Indeed, I hope it never comes up unless you have a mage Warden.

YOu mean marriage?

and none of that is at all relevant to why Traynor is a romance

Anora is a straight arrow
Anora is a straight arrow

Regardless of whether you flirt with him in DAO, he always love the mage warden if that is your Origin. I don't see why bringing up Cousland. I'm saying the romance only happen if you have a mage warden. He's a bonus romance anyhow, so they have more freedom to play with him and Solas like maybe Solas wants to continue the dying elf race.

Using a youtube video and doing the actual romance are 2 different things, correct?
Who said anything about settling down with T'soni and Shepard? I mentioned after a few lines of dialogue they have sex in ME1. I don't care what she says in ME3 in regards to her romance.
Yes I did. And you keep talking crap about Traynor. Why don't you make a thread about that in the ME3 section?
