So...uh...because Solas and Cullen were afterthoughts...how in depth is their romance?
Is it like Sebastians? Or Jack/Miranda's in ME3 (I won't even acknowledge Allers...oh **** I just did!) ? Or is a full romance that will grant us whatever Paramour achievement there is?

Thank you for addressing this. I'm pretty thrilled about getting to know these characters. I can't decide which character I'd like my Inquisitor to romance, which shows that the characters are all really interesting to me.

Just reread it, don't worry! All "limited in scope" means is that they're the ones who are race gated. They still have as much content and word budget as everyone else.

Same with femqunari. I'd have preferred if they made racial distribution more equal. Everything seems pretty unbalanced right now.

Thx for the info, Mike! It's a little sad about Vivienne being no romace option but my heart still aches for Leliana being unromanceable even if you chose not to romance her in DA:O. So I have to choose between Cassandra and Josephine. Hm...interesting options...
I'm a little disappointed in this, but I'll deal with it.
