That's fine. Now they're going in another direction and all anyone can really do is deal with it.
I wanted to invest in Sera because she looked the most interesting, but she's not available for males. I move on because the development of a character isn't always (or at least shouldn't be) dependent on if the PC decides to romance a character or not.
