We have not been screwed over Grow up with the "they have more candy than me crap".
By that mentality, straight females and homosexual gamers should have never ever complain that games don't cater to their preferences.

No we can start wondering who is going to be the Black Sheep romance, my money is on Solas.
no they didn't give US extra content but only the straight females the rest (the straight males and also the gay males & females were screwed over)

. Nosferatu is not at the top of many "Sexiest Men in Fiction" listsAgreed. Not only does he have the most 'competition' but Cullen of all people is also an extra option for straight female elves. Combine that with his unconventional looks and I think it's the perfect storm for the least played romance.
And people called me the troll.
I don't think you're a troll, but you do show signs of poor reading comprehension and unusually high paranoia.
I'm not saying this to make you feel bad, but because I think it's something that you should keep it in mind before you respond angrily to anything else that people post, if you want to save yourself a lot of grief.

We have not been screwed over Grow up with the "they have more candy than me crap".
its not about that they had extra resources and time and instead of dividing it equally they just favoured the straight females more
Thats just stupid
And what about the time when straight females got less options in ME 3? they were pissed and rightly so but moving the problem to another group of players
is not solving it at all

Vivienne not a romance option

Y'know, I've seen this kind of tantrum before.
I was with my 5 year old cousin and two of his tiny friends, one a little girl and the other a younger boy. I had some candy and distributed them out evenly to the four of us and then I was left with one extra piece (I think it was some sort of berry-flavored gummie that I hated, and I knew my cuz didn't like it much either - I gave him the orange and banana ones cause those were his faves).
So, I just handed the gummie to the little girl since I had seen her go for the strawberry first when distribuiting and she had semed to like it.
Then the other two started complaining.
But you know what? I explained to them that it really was a momen't decision and they have plenty of other candy at home and that the berry-flavours were her favorites and not theirs and that the gummie was gone by now anyway. And they understood (after a few disgruntled "Mphs")
So really, some of this vitriol leaves people who act like this on a lesser level than moody 5 year olds.

Really? Isn't that what happened in ME3? straight males got an obvious bigger options then everyone else and people showed concern about that. Were they wrong about that as well?

when you can name a biowear game were straight males have no options at all I might listen to you
being screwed over would mean we have one choice or none.

they complained because it was the same grope that got the biggest option again and not to mention most were disappoined with the out come of them or the little screen time they got aka Jake's romance.
. In a fresh, no import game of ME3 Male Shepards ans FemSheps had roughly equal options, opposite sex VirmireSurvivor, Liara, and their gay romance, however if you factor in ME2 romances the MaleShep "options" shoot up whereas FemSheps ME2 options were in two cases ended with no continuity of the romance.Really? I agree this is apparently Bioware's payback to the straight males just because they are presented much more in the general media
and I'm not even straight but thats just a very stupid reason to give them less options
And I'm still pissed that they made both "extra" romances straight what bout the gay males/females?
Whats the deal with that?
I'd feel like a fiend if I took the Dalish leather gloves that remind him of his mother. I couldn't do *that*, totally fine making him go without his boots. He'd probably find it a kinky punishment... Nevermind then.
Muahah, your Lamp post joke was quite classy - just being purposely snobby.
My Dalish or Mage might have had a crush - since he was so charming, if a little air-headed. The whole

Funny, I don't feel like I've been screwed over.
I can count on one finger the number of other times I've been given this many options, one of which even being my identified sexuality.
Meanwhile, I think I have been, since compared with DA2 which had 2 full fledged companion romances, now I only have a choice between 1 legit romance and Traynor-like romance (and I know that devs insist that advisor romances are going to be just as good, just as they suddenly say now that those 2 additional romances for straight women are just "extra options", so I have no reason to believe it) so I would prefer if you didn't speak on behalf of gay women as a whole...

They had extra resources for characters whom already had a sexualty. It stands to reason that considering Cassandra was written as being straights as early as DA 2 that Cullen was also written as a straight male before they made him into LI. He also previously showed his hatred of dwarves.
I think it is likely the sexualty of any character is determined beforehand instead of using a calculator to make certain characters different from what they are just for a mathematical equality. Not to mention it is also likely more characters are concepted than the amount which actual get added to the game.
I am glad Bioware didn't use a ruler/calculator to give everyone complete equal options and opted to create the characters and romances they wanted to tell.
well then they shouldn't have made this extra romances at all and instead used the resources to make the core romances better
but nope
that is not a fair comparison the world can make or break a fantasy rpg while romance does not and Bathesda do not get this ton of crap for their open world elementI would, it's a cornerstone of their games, would you blame Bethesda for taking out the open world element in The Elder Scrolls?

Yeah, people complained for years to show more equality in games, but then they decided to switch one group over the other and people think it's fair. That's funny, because as an straight male gamer, I never asked to have the preference of the industry nor said people of different preferences should have less then me, but regardless, I deserve to recieve less as payback for things I never ever did in the first place. Because you can bet your ass that if this was the other way around the outrage here would be doubled.

Why does that remind me of Sarcastic!Hawke and Fenris during the scene after taking Denarius' mansion?
I'm a bit sad about having only two options available to my main character (that doesn't mean I won't explore the rest of the available LIs though), but I'm definitely glad about the fact that female characters have so many options, after having been a bit limited in Mass Effect 3, it's a very nice and fitting move from Bioware

That's just sweeping people's complaints under the rug, If the situation was flipped there'd be just as much anger. We really don't need to fan the flames of these arguments.
