this group has grown really fast and we need to have group moderators to help welcome the new players/users to the group, set up events and so forth etc etc.

not only that will help, but to also welcome the appeal and how nice the group is to everyone

what do you think?

I think we need more people actually talking in and using the group first, to be honest...

You are both right.  At the moment there is no pressing need for moderators but hopefully in the future as MP gets closer we will have more of a need for moderators/organizers.  Mods will almost assuredly lean more towards the organizer part of the title as chances are everyone will be pretty chill and if anyone does get out of line I will come down on them hard and fast.  I will be keeping an eye on people here and in the forums so that when the time comes when we need moderators I will have some idea who to offer the job to.

If DAMP is everything we hoped for, it would be great to create 'strike teams' sort of through this group. Find people in your zone, create parties and do the Dungeon Crawl together. Post our exploits even. Hoping for great fun!

I'd be happy to do this. However, I have noticed there are a lot of people here that are hugely out of my timezone, not saying that's a bad thing, it's just I've tried to do that before with other games and it doesn't really work for me. I'd be happy to get a 'strike team' going with people from GMT, CET and maybe EDT and IST. Those are just the times I think I can work around. Anything going past 4 hours in front or behind myself can just cause to many problems with keeping to schedules or plans.
