I am planning to bring my character over from ME1 to ME2. I made all of the choices I have wanted to make, but I picked my least favourite class to play my character as. Am I able to change the class of my charcter, but keep the decisions I made and his looks when I bring him over to ME2 from ME1?

From what i hear Yes.
You keep the Same Decisions, Etc. but due too plot reasons you can Remake your class and/or Appearance if you wish

You'll be allowed to change your class while retaining your choices and appearance.
