I'm going to go out of my way to make Cullen feel worthless. Disregard all of his advice, Talk to him and throw every insult his way to the point where he up and leaves and I can (Hopefully) kill him. After that, I'll be pleasant with everyone.
For example!
Cullen: When we go to free this Village keep in mind my sister lives there. Please try to save her.
Inquisitor: Kay..
Doesn't even try and let's her die
inquisitor: I tried.
Cullen: Really?
Inquisitor: Nope.

My dalish mage-

Will be wary of Cole.

Be besties with MP's Neria.

After all parties get over themselves a bit she'll get on well with Cullen and Cassandra, they share a similar sense of dedication. 

If Leliana is still as ra-ra Chantry/Maker as she was on in DAO my elf will respect her advice but they wont be friends. 

Varric, Sara and Iron Bull she'll like a lot but she's too serious to fit in with them. 

I don't have enough sense of Dorian personality to say how they'll get on but the Tevinter thing will initially put her off.

She'll bond over a love of tea with Josephine and a preference for a diplomatic resolution rather than a military one.

As long as Viv's snobbery can be worked around she'll enjoy learning more about the Circle of Magi and she does have a surprising weakness for the finer things.  

Solas she wants to get on well with, to learn all the things he's learnt about elven history but he might be too free spirited and their personalities will clash.

i will play as male elf/kossith mage(want to play as blood and battle mage but devs does not give blood magic) still not sure what specialisation would use...necromancy, rift or battle mage(mosly battle mage)

 

my Inquisitor will try to wipe without mercy and compromise any of those faction and their members if i can

1)Orlais Empire(execute both Celine and Gaspar) with their Bards and Chivaliers,

2)Orlais Chantry,

3)Orlais Templars/Seekers,

4)Antivan Crows,(if they would be in DAI)

5)Qunari(if they would be in DAI)

6)Darkspawns(if they would be in DAI)

7)Demons who will not serve me and would be useless(no matter what i will execute Cole)

 

my inquisitor will try to help and side with

1)mages

2)dalish and city elfs

3)dwarfs

4)grey wardens

5)Tevinters/Nevarrans/non-andrastian barbarians/Tal-Vashot-any enemy of Orlais, Qunari and Darkspawns and who will not be enemy of my allies

 

so what i will do with companions and advisors if i can

 

Enemies-Execute

 

Cassanda-enemy,always would kill her if i have a option

 

Cullen-enemy,always would kill him if i have a option

 

lelianna-enemy,always would kill him if i have a option

 

Cole-enemy,always would kill him if i have a option

 

Josephine-i would prefer to kill her because she is Lelianna old girlfriend and Antivan who was a ambassador in Orlais, i would never listen or respect her and kill her if she go against me...prefer to kill or send far away

 

Neutral-send away, or recruit, use and kill if they go against me or my allies-

 

Iron Bull-the same as with Sten i would prefer to kill this Qunari spy but i recruit him and use him before he would try betray me for Qunari

 

Dorian- i would prefer to kill this Tevinter criminalk and exile with shame, but i recruit him and use him, would never listen or respect him and kill him if he go against me or try to do something what i do not aprove, especially if this harm Tevinter

 

 

Viviene-recruit,  but never listen or respect her and kill her if she go against me...loyalist pro Orlais Chantry Circle and pro Orlais Empire mage never will be favored and never have respect from me...the same was with wynne

 

Friends-

 

Varrick-recruit, be friendly but mostly not care about him, i am tired of him and prefer to replace him for dwarven female, especially if she would be romace option

 

Sera-recruit, be friend. despire her "joffry face" want to romance her but she is a lesbian

 

Solas-recruit, be friend

 

Blackwall-recruit, be friend

 

 

unfortunately males non humans and mages Inquisitors have noone to romace, i would prefer to romance...

 

Elven female, someone like Velanna and Merril or Arianni.

 

Kossith female, prefer anti-Qunari Tal-Vashot and not a female version of Iron Bull who is like Isabella/Zevran

 

if they would be anti Orlais empire/Orlais Chantry/Templars and Qunari....and especially if they would be mages this would be a jackpot

 

Dwarven female, someone like Dagna.

I dont think I'll be getting along with Viv, but the rest seems ok to me. My inquis will listen to his companions, but if personalities will clash somewhere along the road he will respect them. But he won't ignore them or something.

[Solaria]

I can see my Adaar having a rocky relationship with a few people at first Cassandra, Cullen and Vivienne but getting along with others, IB, Varric etc and I can see her constantly clashing with Sera because even though my Inquisitor is all for helping the little guy, even she knows that sometimes it isn't an option and I can see her and Sera coming to blows over it.
