I felt the same way about Zevran in DAO, so I murder knifed him. After reading up on him on the wiki, I did not make that same mistake in my following playthroughs.

Yes I did the same thing if you can get a little deeper into the characters you usually find something that you can find endearing or relate to . I actually enjoyed his romance a little more then the others because he let his guard down in such a profound way!

The one you should be most worried about is Varric. ****** him off and he'll make sure everyone in Thedas knows about the incident involving you, Iron Bull, a nug, two bearded female dwarves, a bucket of grease, and Viv's favorite staff. You'll never be able to escape the whispering no matter how much you deny everything. :P

Yes, there are reasons to trust or not trust all of them, including your own PC. Part of this game is leadership, and I believe it's been stated that all of your cohorts are leaders in their own rights. Who are you again?

So, it wouldn't surprise me at all if your ability to succeed and effect a positive outcome hinges very much on your ability to overcome those reservations, both yours and theirs, and find a way to mold them all into an effective group. You know, lead and stuff. You can't just sit back and let yourself be the figurehead with the glowy hand ... well, I imagine you could, but then they'd tear each other apart and the demons will likely win. Maybe that's your preferred outcome, but it won't be mine.

Oh, Varric. He doesn't have to do anything so dramatic. All he has to do is say "Doesn't she/he look tired?" in that concerned voice of his.

I like how Viv being described as ambitious automatically translates to "worse than Jafar".

Actually I was thinking more along the lines of Anora.

Actually, I think this is the most trustworthy group out ofthe DA series. Everyone just seems heroic and honest.
Yes, Iron Bull is a spy, but hes up front about it so I dont think you have to worry about him unless the Qunari decide to get involved.
Cole's whole shtick is that he's Batman. The unseen vigilante.
Vivienne, yes she's ambitious, but she also already has everything. Shes a powerful mage, she leads the circle, she's loaded, and she's in a position of influence in one of the top nations in Thedas. I think her reasons for joining the Inquisition are that she just wants adventure, comraderie, and to help people.
I think as long as your Inquisitor isnt actively killing mages or elves for no reason, no one is going to backstab you.

...except maybe Solas. He's a little too in love with the Fade. I could see him siding with whatever is opening up those portals.
