Agreed. The female version that I've seen used is "Adrienne." I've heard of many male Adrians but never a female.
going back to the namesake for it, Hadrianus in Latin, the most famous bearer of the name would be disgusted with this Adrian

I've only ever seen it as a guy's name, and not even one that can be used for both genders

It was not a cop out for the geth and the quarians (it was clear long before that moment that the two species could live together in piece if only the quarians got over themselves), but it would be one here. I would really like none of those options. Maybe the option to to settle all mages in a nation somewhere, or just let everyone figure it out on their own, or maybe reinstating mage work camps. Or maybe have the templars answer to the mages instead of the other way around.
