I have just uploaded the above resource to the new vault. While there is an ongoing thread in the NwN 1 section that relates to this I thought I would let people in the NwN2 section know about it because this is a non-program specific resource (i.e. it is just as relevant to NwN 2 as it it is to NwN 1).
