If you pickpocket from the kid you get 666. Very creepy

You mean 6 gold, 6 silver, 6 copper?  Or 666 copper?  I'll have to remember to do that next time :P

It's one of the nice little touches Bioware puts into the game - like all the in-jokes on the tombstones that only appear if you return to the village.  And the funeral for the people you killed.

I see still spreading negativity and whining at every chance possible?? Some things don't change

The Connections between the DA games (returning to familiar places and seeing familiar charaters again) is one of the best things about

this series but I won't even try to convince you because as we all learned from other threads thats not possible

I can only voice my happiness that your complaints aren't heard otherwise we would probably have only self contained stories

with all the characters only appearing in one game god that would suck

I see that you still have some rage issues toward me and completly can't get what im saying starting rants about things i didn't even said at least here.No it wouldn't sorry pal that may be shock for you but there are acutal a lot of games that don't have 100 returning characters but that wasn't even thing i was saying .

Considering that Brotehr Genitivi is one of the most renowned and influential Chantry scholars in current Thedosian time, is it REALLY a surprise that the Chantry eventually decided to follow the EXACT same clues we did to find him?

From what i remember warden took his diary and that was our clue... besides if you don't want respect player choices you can literally with came up with any excuse it is fiction after all pretty much what bio did a lot times is bringing choices into 1 default state anyway.

The Warden TRANSCRIBED or simply just read the diary. And the fact that the Chantry eventually finds out about the Temple, does not mean player choices aren't being respected. At best it means the Hero of Ferelden wont be credited for the discovery of the Ashes. At worst it means that your actions were in vain. Not succeeding in your goal does NOT mean your choices aren't respected.

It is an item so you take it.When choice don't have outcome that you wanted it is fine when game brings every possibility to 1 outcome it is simple not respecting choices.

As I recall it the book remains on the ground even after you pick it up. And, since apparently this has to be pointed out to you several times, you DON'T KNOW how your choices will be handled. You don't know what it will mean that your Warden tried to keep the location of the Temple secret. You THINK that it will be ignored, but that is simply baseless speculation on your part.

The book's actually in a chest along with a gift for Leliana. I think you're confusing it with the 'real' Weylon's corpse which is right next to it.

Book isn't on the ground it is in in the chest. We know that chantry always founds temple no matter what you did (as pretty much entire beginning tells us) so well those it isn't baseless speculation.

Either way, the rest of Genitivi's research remains in the house, so any potential ivestigator could eventually deduce Genitivi's location.

As i said it is an fiction you can make up any excuse to do something in that case bring every secnario into same fate. But there is nothing that says there are ny other research outside book that warden takes.

Nope it doesn't because your message was that i don't know how that choice will be handled when we already know that...

Believe it or not I don't have anything against you but I just don't like the way you act

In another thread you claim that Hawke is a failure despite the fact that many others showed you evidence that it is not so

Now you come to this thread and say that another choice won't matter while we are talking about how awesome it is that we will be revisiting the Temple of Sacred Ashes and the Village of Haven

As I said just spreading negativity without any basis at all just because you killed Brother Genitivi doesn't mean that a whole village and that huge temple won't be discovered in the 10 years that have passed

hell its even a good thing because this way our past choices can be carried on (whether you defiled the ashes or not)

Now isn't it better to have choices having some sort of impact from previous games at the cost of your theories and epilogue slides that were just not true and just rumors ??

Nope not if you have a say about it

Yeah and of course post where you wanted me to leave isn't prove that isn't in case...

What facts as far i renember is guy going that far as telling me that hawke didn't failed at saving his mother (yeah) and twisting what i have said same did you then another guy that was trying turn that into warden vs hawke if that are facts to you good luck...

i rly don't care about what you were talking about i was talking about haven and that they brought same for for everyone so it fits to the topic.

Well temple wasn't discovered something about 1000 years so well...

Yes because choices that are brought into single fate no matter what you do have great impact pretty much what i wanted to choice have impact (and no im not talking about single mention) so well go figure...

Don't forget the creepy kid.  Creepy kids freak me out.

Creepy kid was frozen and shattered in my game.  I hope "the Keepers" took that into consideration.

I hope there's a garrison of elite soldiers from the German-speaking realm of Thedas guarding Skyhold.

I think it's actually possible with AOE damage...but I don't think it's intentional on the devs' part, so I doubt it'll have a place in the keep.

I'm one of the ones who really loved ME3's "absolutely everybody comes back for a cameo" thing - I know it's a love-it-or-hate-it thing - so I think it'd be cool if creepy kid and/or Kolgrim returned for DAI.  Creepy kid voiced half the kids in the game, so they could bring the voice actor back to do all his cameos in one day.

If the NPC is less than elite level and clickable (or even if it can be highlited with TAB)  it is killable.  Cast Cone of Cold followed by Crushing Prison.

The shattered do not suffer the devs to pass.
