I have a warden for each origins (including an Amell and a Sarana) and a Hawke to match, but, the world state I consider "canon" is Vey Brosca (rogue)/ Vivian Hawke (rogue). My canon inquisitor will be a female Cadash.
my mage will probably be my third playthrough.
I don't really have a canon but my favorite and first warden was a dwarf, so no mage (most of my hawkes were mages tho so she is at least in the vast majority of my imports).
I do plan to do at least one mage warden - mage hawke - mage inquisitor import and runthrough. With an elven mage warden, then a qunari mage quisitor. Get all the mage bearing races involved.
Canon Warden is Female Warrior, married to Alistar as king & queen
Canon Hawke is female mage, romanced and forgave Anders, sided with Mages.
First Inquisitor will be female Qunari mage, but that won't be canon.
Funny, I always considered my first, unspoiled playthrough with all its warts to be my canon. So, I wind up with rogues.
My Warden was a hapless Noble Rogue who was going to rule Ferelden with Alistair ... but she couldn't stomach the idea of the Dark Bargain. Sooo, she was going to do the US, but she took Alistair up the tower with her. And the big goof took the final blow himself. So with Anora back on the throne, Aislinn felt it would be politic to wander the world for a while and disappeared.
My Hawke romanced Anders. Oops! Big Mistake! How embarrassing when he goes off the rails and blows up the Chantry. She didn't see much choice but to murder knife him and her heart all at once. Even though she didn't have to kill anyone despite siding with the mages, she also wound up wandering off alone.
I imagined the Warden and Hawke sitting off alone in some dingy little dive bar drowning their troubles. So saying that they disappeared in the proper canon of my game is accurate although their reasons for disappearing in my head my differ somewhat with what the devs have in mind.

This time though I´ve been spoiling myself, something I´ve kept from before. Also, November is delightfully close yet so enticingly far.
My canon Warden is a female human warrior, my canon Hawke is a female mage and my first Inquisitor will be a female human mage.
None of my canons have a mage-mage combo. I am going to play more mage characters this time (played 1 in DA:O and built 2 in DA2), but none of my continuities have consistent class pcs.
Funny My Canon Warden and Hawke were also an Elven male mage and Female Mage respectively.
My warden Relik sorta became canon by simply being a badass who never liked to see anyone get pushed around making him a sort of unwilling protector. By the time I got to Awakings and witch hunt with him it was clear he was my preferred warden (not least because his Arcane warrior spec made pretty much awsome) As my canon Hawke it just feels right to me that she should be a mage, also I felt the reletionship between Carver and Hawke is far more interesting than Bethany's idol worship
My favorite Warden is my Dwarf Commoner. I'd say my "canon" tho is a male human mage since it is the most played version of the Warden for me. Depending on the Warden's role/interaction with Morrigan in the DA:I my Dwarf Commoner might surpass it as my canon, since I liked its contained story better, but I'm banking on my romance in my human mage save with Morrigan mattering a little bit!
As for DA 2, my favorite character was my female mage who killed Anders (her romance) which was a bittersweet mercy killing. Happy that he was free from Justice, but sad that he was too far gone for saving. I will also probably make it my canon over my male mage save. To prevent having two male mage's as my import.

Yep Warden = female Elf Mage Hawke = female Mage. I can't imagine playing as another class. (and yes I have tried all of them...)

Yep, yep, and yep. I love playing as a mage the best (my second favorite class is rogue) and I'm super pro mage to boot. Plus I love the irony of mages saving the day time and time again
My Warden was a female Dalish Warrior and my Female Hawke was a rogue. Which means my female Inquisitor is going to be a Mage.

Yes and no. My initial Aedan Cousland & Hawke playthroughs were a warriors, but my Daylen and 2nd Hawke are both mages (which are the best imho...next to snarky rogue Hawke).
Yep, Warden was AW/SH/BM the ultimate mage! My cannon Hawke was a Primage and Force mage...
Yep! Mage is always my first choice.
