I only played the first chapter of Pillars of Eternity because it got a little complicated for me but it has many classes to choose from which reminds me of NWN2. I didn't like NWN 2 expansion Mask of the Betrayer for what that worth.

Does Shandra get levelled to match the PC level when she joins, or is she a couple of levels lower? I can't remember from the last time I played the OC, but her dialogue suggests that she should be less experienced.
She is of the same level, IIRC.

Neverwinter Nights 2 was listed 23rd on PC Gamer's latest list of the best RPGs of all time. There's still life left in those old bits....
