I've succeeded in killing everyone in my party but Morrigan and Alistiar/Loghain. I also would like to know if I can kill Wynne after she joins my party.

Is there any way to eliminate those in Origins main campaign before DLC? I want to play a psychopathic Warden who kills everyone in her path and face Archdemon alone without any support.

I wish there were ways to screw both sides in main quest branches and get no support from any factions, ending up to battle the blight alone with no companions and no army. That would have been fun. I am playing on nightmare and soloing blight anyway even with Morrigan/Alistair still in my party.

Wynne can die if you bring her along while you defile the urn of sacred ashes. Defiling them without her there causes her to leave the party on your return to camp. Wynne also has 2 opportunities to die in the Circle tower. Morrigan will leave the party either from max disapproval, you tell her to leave, or if you refuse her dark ritual. Alistair/Loghain you're stuck with.

You can kill Wynne before recruiting her or by defiling the Sacred Ashes with her in the party. You cannot kill Morrigan, but you can make her leave. She will also leave if you refuse the Dark Ritual. If you refuse the DR and don't want to do the Ultimate Sacrifice, bring Alistair/Loghain along and let him do it.

You can have Alistair executed by Anora. Recruit Loghain and have him kill the arch demon.

I think Morrigan actually might be the only party member (Alistair and Loghain aside, of course) who won't leave at max disapproval. Which makes a degree of sense, considering her... alternate motives for joining you. I know she can still dump you if her approval gets low enough, resulting in her telling you, in fancier terms, that you smell.

There is no way to kill Morrigan in the main campaign, but you can "kill" her in the DLC, Witch Hunt. I say kill in quotation marks because it's clearly set-up so she's not actually dead.

Does anyone know how to kill Shale? I forgot to recruit him and want to kill him after he/she joins my party.

:o IIRC, it goes like this: take Shale to find the Anvil of the Void. Side with Branka. Kill Shale.

She does leave if she has max disapproval.

Ah this thread brings back fond memories of Morrowind where you can ride into town, slaughter everyone without a single care then ride off in the sunset only to find out latter there are broken quests because you just killed someone you needed to talk to, oh good times indeed.

Ummm... I'm not sure that was a bug in Morrowind. More like... built in consequences for one's thoughtless actions.

Yes, they even did us the courtesy of informing us that we'd broken the "threads of Fate" in many cases and thus could not complete the main quest.  I think it was handled very well... IMO Bethesda kind of went off the rails when they started making "essential" characters in the Elder Scrolls to protect us from our free will.  Fallout: New Vegas, for example, only had a single essential NPC, and no matter how many quests you failed because of one random death or another, you could always reach the level cap and complete the game.

To be honest, I'd have been highly unimpressed if in New Vegas I could

Spoiler
That kind of thing is ridiculous in an open-world game, although I doubt such a system would work in Dragon Age (nor would I want to see this franchise go in that direction...).

How about Sten? I killed him in lothering, but is there any other way to kill him? In other saves I can't kill him in both duels I fight against him in the village of heaven AND camp with -100 disapproval.

I think the only way to kill Sten is in Lothering, either in the cage or by leaving him for the darkspawn (where he is presumed dead.)  He always just leaves if he makes it as far as Haven.
