Conscience and it's etymology. Con- scientia- 'With' and 'to know' or 'knowledge'.

 

Obliged because it's commonly used as 'thank you' in Portuguese. If spoken Portuguese were literally translated into English it'd be ridiculously proper; almost antiquated. 

 

Also one of the synonyms for cat.

Basically because it's defined as the act of deeming something worthless, which is funny given its length

 

I used to use it in my high school papers and it'd throw reviewers for a loop.  :lol:

 

There's also the verb floccinaucinihilipilificate, which is describing something as worthless. I intend to use it to confuse people in regular conversation. :P
