On my first playthrough I want to go without the special armor or weapons etc. To experience the game that way.
How about you?

Nope will always use the holy/unholy weapons of fire when able to.
Now the helment on the other hand.
Already have my deluxe edition all ordered and paid for.
If I preordered specifically to get the free bling, Imma use the free bling, that's just the way it is, lol. When/If I ever upgrade to a next gen console, I imagine I'd have to start without the preorder items.
Since I won't have it, it will be pretty easy for me. ![]()
Im like really really anti preorder/preorder bonus, so if I do get it when I pick up my game ill just throw it away.
Since I didn't preorder the choice is obvious.

I admire your conviction! Alas, if only I weren't such a sucker for "wanting to get the full experience" I might do the same as you.
Nah, I plan to use them. Always have. If they seem too powerful as starting items, however, I may hold off on actually equipping them until I've completed some quest where they would make sense as looted items... that way I will have earned them in a sense.
i'm going to equip my inquisitor optimally, at least what i consider optimally, i definitely need to try out the combat system and see what major changes have been made compared to dragonage 2's combat before i can fully decide. i used quite a bit of the dlc gear in dragonage 2 so i'll probably end up using some in Inquisition.
Depends on how suitably awesome they look on my character...
Yes.
I dislike the aesthetics of all the digital bonus content we've been shown, so I won't be buying it.

I don't know. I'm hoping it doesn't invalidate the need to switch out weapons and armour. If it doesn't I'll use it in the begining.
Maybe it'll give good stuff if you break it down, so it won't feel like a total waste if you don't want to use it.
You know I had Blood Dragon Armor in DA:O and never once wore it after a dozen and a half play throughs. So its, very likely I won't use the new one either. Can't stand Heavy Armor.
I will. Just not on my first playthrough
Didn't preorder, looking forward to my level 1 ragged trousers.

I always gave the Blood Dragon armor to Ogren. He seemed to like it.
It honestly depends. If the armor looks dumb then I wont use it, if I like how it looks then I will.
I won't be using it for my first playthrough. I want to discover the armour and weapon pieces available in the game first. If it's worth it to use at higher levels, I may do that.

It isn't set as Heavy Armor. It will have a different "look" to it depending if your character is a Rogue, Mage, or Warrior.
I'll unlock them, but almost certainly won't use them unless there's a way to get a Template for their style. I really don't like "Pre Order for Extra Power" campaigns, though the Flames of the Inquisition items may be on par with contemporary items (level and progression point) at that point in the game. In which case it'd just be an aesthetic thing.
I'll probably use them for little while, but I'm not a big fan of the aesthetic of most of the set. The only item in the set I really like is the staff. The other pieces just don't look like I am already imagining my Inquisitor looking.
