I am looking forward to BvS, but after TDKR and MoS my expectations will be low. Television on the other hand seems to be where DC is doing well. I loved last season of Arrow and I hope Flash will be just as good.
wow ... yeah that's messed up.

It might be best to just divorce the show completely from the lore and try to enjoy it for what it is. I mean Arrow is nothing like Green Arrow comics (I am guessing here, i haven't read them) but it's still a good show.
So... JL: Throne of Atlantis. Anyone planning on picking this up? Aquaman's probably had the best New52 run so I'm checking for this.
Seriously Aquaman? With that avatar, you don't think Batman isn't the best out of the new 52? Court of Owls in particular was one the best story arcs I've read in awhile. I'll probably watch Throne of Atlantis. I don't understand the praise this story gets from fans.

The Trench yo. Court of Owls is dope too. JL: Dark is crazy and I recommend that to everyone.

I don't know how I feel about this portrayal of Penguin.
Granted, I don't even like him, but still...

Reports are pointing to a potential Supergirl TV series. I think they could do some incredibly interesting things with it. It's about time we got a superhero show with a female lead. Something that's been sorely missing since Lynda Carter, and in the absence of the Amazon princess, why not Kara?

So it's confirmed that there is a Supergirl series in the works and Greg Berlanti is the one pulling the strings, which means it's that much closer to happening.
"We're just starting to work on it...We haven't gone to the networks yet, so. I'll be happy, very excited to talk about it once we know where its home will be and that kind of stuff, but not at this moment."
Geoff Johns and Ali Adler (Chuck, No Ordinary Family) are also attached.

Latino-Review (they're pretty hit or miss) is saying that WB is developing a Legion of Superheroes movie in response to Guardians of the Galaxy. I think this rumor is pretty suspect. WB could, you know, do the Green Latern Corps right if they want to compete with GotG.

Have another Gotham promo.
And another Flash promo.

How isn't the legion a good competitor to GOTG though?
What makes you think the GL Corps is a better match-up?
This for once isn't me trying to argue with you, I'm genuinely curious to what makes you think it's the better option of the two.
Because Legion of Superheroes seems more in-line with GOTG (A weird comic about space and stuff that's hardly known by people outside of comics...Though Legion did have a show at one point).
Might as well bring this up too.
So I was at West Edmonton Mall a few weeks back, in the Arcade I saw and tried out a pretty decent Batman Game.
Considering BvS and Arkham Knight have pretty much the same Batmobile it was nice to see some variety.
Anyway, pretty cool.
In my opinion MoS' only failures as a film were story structure, pacing, and redundant exposition. They understood the character of Kal-El/Clark Kent (Not Superman... Not yet) perfectly. If the detractors read any of Superman's origins stories from the comics, the source material (Birthright, Earth One, Man of Steel), they'd know that.
Except that even those comics (especially Earth One) don't necessarily get Superman either (especially Earth One, which has this bizarre side-track at first about Clark being an unparalleled super-genius for their over-the-top metaphor). The real problem with MOS, though, was the hardcore character assassination of Pa Kent.

I thought WB pretty much considered the Green Lantern franchise toxic. We'll probably see a cameo (new GL) in dawn of justice but they won't make another solo GL movie for awhile. I hope this is fake. The last thing DC needs right now is to re-enforce the image that they are trying to catch up with Marvel.

Why would you think Jonathan Kent is the real problem with MoS? Granted he does have a couple of "wtf" moments. He seems more like a symptom of overall bad story telling rather then the cause.

New pics of the Batmobile. It does look more like the Arkham Knight design than I originally thought. It's ****** epic.

Oh, so Silver Age Superman that destroys a solar system by sneezing is the definitive version? I didn't know that. Get over yourself. There is no definitive version. There are different interpretations. Superman's been around for 76 years. Drawn and written by many, many different people. Just because you have a favorite incarnation doesn't make it any more legitimate than Straczynski's, Waid's, or even Synder's takes.
And what's wrong with Pa Kent wanting Clark to find out who and what he is before exposing himself to a planet that would otherwise be terrified of him when they find out what he can do? Best way to mitigate those fears is by actually having answers to their questions.

I doubt a GL will be in Dawn of Justice. If the rumors are true there might be a Flash/GL team up feature film after Justice League. I'm personally hoping they go with someone other than Hal Jordan. I would say John Stewart, but that'd be bias talking. Maybe Kyle Rayner or Guy Gardener.
Jada Pinkett got some plastic injected into her face... yikes
Also I will show some interest if these two are involved in the Justice League flick:

That's been in my sig for a while now.
I am rather excited but also cautious about the upcoming movie. I do hope it manages to quell the skepticism as we get closer to release and that it manages to prove to be a great movie experience that holds on its own.
Also, I am digging the Batmobile.

Live action Teen Titans on TNT. Saaayy Whuuut?!?

Akiva Goldsman. A lot of hits and misses in his filmography. On one hand you've A Beautiful Mind and Fringe. On the other you've got Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. Don't know what to think about this, but if it's half as good as Young Justice I'm in.

Here's a link to Gotham's first two episodes. Not sure if my friends from overseas will be able to watch.

Awesome!
I'm actually currently watching Justice League and Unlimited, and I'm seriously enjoying it.

Justice League (Unlimited) was a ridiculously good show. if they ever released a box set on blu-ray, I'd buy that thing so fast...
