Will it be combat, lack of healing spells, poor quest execution etc.
Let's here some thoughts people.

We can't know for sure, we can only make speculations to what we could potentially dislike.
For example, I would dislike it if there really isn't a way to speed up those real time missions. Also if the missions where you have a limited amount of time to save keeps etc are hard to do (and that they are there at all is a bit of a meh for me). I don't do well when real time is inserted into games
.
Also if mages don't have good healing and buffing abilities would suck considering all the other limitations to health and healing that they are putting this time around.

That being said, people are going to find ways to complain about... well, about everything, really.

I really see no constructive reason for this discussion. There are already stuff people dislike just like there are even more people do like.
Why start a negative thread?
Because whoever guesses right wins the internet?

Just asking a question that is all. No harm & it will die away at some point, plus it is just speculative.

Probably the same thing at least I had an issue with most previous BioWare games.
Broad but flat PC personality disorder.
EDIT: Plus less "cinematic" dialogue.

The Massive levels on repeat play throughs. This Does not seem like the type of game you play more than once or twice. Especially when you can just youtube the stuff you missed
If the Roleplaying mechanics Suck BSN will Riot & my copy will be going to the used game shelf @ gamestop
Potentially its plot, seeing as it will be dissected & documented by us BSNers within a few days of the game being released
The the massive amount of mediocre/poor side missions
& maybe Multiplayer, unless it somehow manages to be an Engaging hack and slash
That's all I got.

Those of its fans and forum threads who continually wants to be negative and criticize it without even having played it, especially when they want others, who might be very positive and enthusiastic about the game, to agree with them and follow their pessimistic example.
... and to be honest that is not even an attempt at snarking.

What people would dislike the most?
not enough dialogue and scenes with their love interest. Just my speculation.
Then that's their own fault. They should know by now that Dragon Age isn't a Romance sim. Romance is a small percentage of the game.

I'm not saying that this will happen with Dragon Age: Inquisition, as I have more faith in Bioware and the Frostbite 3 engine than I do the examples I listed for comparison; DA:I is definitely not those two games. But I'm keeping my excitement and hype on a short leesh. Just in case.
That being said... I guess if I were to pinpoint some feature of the game I could potentially dislike, it would be the size of the world. It all depends on whether or not the world is full of interesting things to do that keep me focused and driven, or if the world is just so much filler in between a laundry list of empty side quest objectives and collectables.

The only thing that has irked me so far about what we know of the game is the lack of a mabari hound. I had grown quite used to having my faithful hound beside me in battle and whatnot.

I place very little stock on what people will dislike, as people said they disliked the more static world of Morrowind, and wanted a world that scaled with the player, which prompted the introduction (Technically not the Introduction, since Daggerfall used much the same system) of the now infamous Global Level Scaling that's become synonymous with bad design decisions within Oblivion.
With that said, I think the Non regenerating health is going to see mainstream users complain the most. A whole generation of Hand-Holding makes today's gamer ill prepared for long-term accountability within the game space.

I dunno but right now I'm worried about Hawk. During the build up to hawk and just in bio games in general the marketing is always about how its "your" story and "your" charater. But then Gaider comes and says no they're our characters :-P
