Maybe the gritty, realistic art style... i can live with it though.

If the Roleplaying mechanics Suck BSN will Riot & my copy will be going to the used game shelf
Precisely why I cannot/won't pre-order (as I did for DA2).
Can we wait until the game comes out first.
That is what I am going to do!

If recent history is any guide, the thing people will like least will be my favourite part of the game.
For example, my favourite part of ME: Driving the Mako.
I actually like driving around planets in the mako also. Really liked running over the odd raider or what not rather than getting out and shooting them.

How can I post a judgment on a game I haven't really played yet?

I loved driving around in the Mako. Using the boosters to jump over Theasher Maw attacks. Drive up the side of a mountain near an enemy base, get out and snip people as an infiltrator. All I needed was a spotter lol.

A different spin on things, as the topic says what do you think people will dislike the most?
Will it be combat, lack of healing spells, poor quest execution etc.
Let's here some thoughts people.
I'm expecting people to enjoy the game a lot, so I'm betting the most-hated aspect will be something trivial and thus radically different for each person. If it's something important, that's the same as "they dislike the ENTIRE GAME". Heck, probably the aspect people will dislike the most is "it was finite in scope so I eventually got bored playing it"!
The aspect of the game that I hate the most is usually not the same as the aspects I *complain* about. For instance, my most-hated aspect of Origins, hands down, is the fact that you can't romance Sten. I REALLY wanted to romance him. But I didn't complain about it except in joking because I recognize that this wasn't actually a *flaw* in the game. The things I complained about the most were stuff like:
the spectacularly awful duck-shuffling and roller-skate sliding around in combat
floating weapons
not being able to tell people off nearly often enough
damn locked chests in areas where you might not have access to a rogue
epidemic of hideous brown teeth
awkward sex scenes
TEN GARNETS ARE YOU ****** KIDDING ME
Bears, YOU CAN EAT THEM (Lothering)
Collection quests with items in areas you can't access until almost the end of the game
Why is all the high-level leather armor PURPLE for crying out loud
Shelf of boobage on heavy armor is terribad
OMG MAGE HATS
etc. etc. etc.

I think my most-disliked aspect of DA2 did manage to be a single thing, though:
"WHY CAN'T ANYONE TELL I'M A MAGE?!?!! Wait, I'll go blood mage IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE!!!"

The combat looks kind of iffy right now for me. It is the biggest red flag for me personally right now. Not ready to complain about it just yet, but I'm more reserved than most too.

Probably the 8 slot limit and mp gameplay. That's the main thing I dislike that's really fundamental, that we haven't known forever. Generally, class and build restrictions. The most important negative thing to me personally is the de-synched simple action game basic combat animation like DA2, with no stat based dodging etc.
Most everything otherwise is great though, to the point it almost feels like nitpicking when you're talking about the whole package. I think this is going to be the best game in the series so far, even the sp combat because of the new tactics system. Looks like a great improvement despite the caveats.
And I'm seriously looking forward to everything. Can't wait to see the Warden (hopefully) and Hawke. ![]()
Yes, it's possible to look for improvement and point out things that are detrimental while being really excited at the same time. We're here to discuss stuff and give feedback, not to do the marketing team's job for them, right? Some people act like they feel threatened by any criticism they see. Wish we could stop all the shout down stuff. We're all enthusiastic DA gamers, or we wouldn't be here, right? BSN's really not bad. /end plea

There will always be complaints about a certain romance, it will either be different then how they imagined it or end in a way that has no closure or have a tragic ending. I'm sure combat will be a big one, 8-slots? yeah, I don't know about that. I'm going as a Mage and I want as many spells I want.

Like a lot of other people, I'm concerned about the 8 slots, especially as someone who traditionally goes for mages on their first playthrough. It also seems like the healing spells are going to be lacking this time around, which I don't mind too much as potions can often replace any healing relatively easily, but I know it's going to be tough on my nightmare playthroughs if you have to wait a certain amount of time before taking another potion like in DA:II and DA:O. ![]()

Logo screens and intro movies which cannot be skipped on repeated playthroughs. It was one of my biggest gripes in the Mass Effect series. The wonderful part about unskippable intro movies is that it dilutes the experience of repeated playthroughs in a game which urges repeated playthroughs. I sure hope it's gone this time, but I'm not that naive anymore.
"So you wanna play the game again? Here, let us burn our infernal logo into your brain one more time for good measure. Wanna skip it? Nope, sorry. You're out of luck."

If I had to guess right now, I'd say only eight ability slots if it is in fact true that there is no power wheel to open during combat to use anything not in the eight slots.

My guess as to why people will not like DAI? Because it is not DAO or DA2. Whenever a new game in a franchise comes out people always get pissed at it because it is not just a carbon copy of the last game.

The character who is romance option is not hot enough to satisfy their personal need. Holy Maker! Cassandra looks like a man, OMG Sera and Josephine look ugly...something like that some people thought DA:I was a dating sim.

Why? I already know the paraphrasing will suck. The only question is how much. Unless they've decided to remove it at the last minute but I doubt that.

Same here. I'm sure I'll get used to it but the lack of healing spells (correct me if I'm wrong just what people have been saying) is something I'm wary of. Amongst some other things.
The other thing I can see people disliking the most is some of the romances, considering a lot of people are having a conniption over it when the game isn't even out yet.
