You haven't read the Stolen Throne have you? Sabe de nada, inocente.

Actually i have. yes under the old rule of Orlais it was awful in ferelden, but do not pretend it suddenly became a wonderful place to live, the peasants all rejoiceds the elves dance in the streets and the nobles all loved eachother. no ferelden was still a brutal and hard place to live. and the king was incompetent, Maric abandoned the Ferelden(yes i know he had a debt to repay and then the whole Magister crap) and then his incompetent son who was blind to the struggle of his people, Ferelden isn't a good place, it isn't noble, it isn't nice, its just as sucky as many other nations. woman were still being raped. soldiers were still dying for no good reason. peasants were killed just because they could be. sounds a hell of a lot like how it was before.

Or is it better that Ferelden just stays an isolationist and hope when the blight returns, or the qunari invade that they forget to attack and burn their lands. because there isn't anyway Ferelden can hold out against an invasion in that state.

Where you have any info on that? Pretty much bann vaughan is as far only example of that of course there are more but level of corruption in ferelden depends on individual see couslands and howe in orlais it is pretty much encouraged.

Gaspard is just an emperor of now, Celene sees farther then that, she wants to make an impact on her country, Thats why she puts so much time in the arts and culture, she is trying to create a golden age, while Gaspard wants to bring it back to the military glory of emperor Drakon.

You see that through out the game and in awakening too. and also in DA2 with the refugees, the country isn't in a golden age. you here many remarks that times are tough and money is scarce. and in the quest to stop the slavers you hear how Logain pretty much spent the entire treasury.

Ferelden may not be nice but it is nicest place pretty much in thedas we saw those things are everywhere but frequency is what matters pretty much it is said that ferelden commoners have much more rights than for example places like orlais. And what is good reason for soldier to die?

Celene is so corrupted and terrified of nobles that good luck with golden age.Gaspard is guy if you want ensure position of orlais pretty much guy proved that is smarter than celene.

Nope i didn't saw that save for city elf origin all i saw are victims of blight or mother army. Loghain tried to take over country with rule might makes right guy pretty much was doing what he wanted not because that how things are in ferelden. :P

Pretty most misery we saw in ferelden was because of blight and loghain trying take over country not because those things are norm.

I was never saying Orlais should conquer Ferelden, i just think the south should be united from all the northern aggression.

And you know... I actually think that Ferelden is the only independent nation capable of giving the Qunari a headache. Fereldan tenacity and willpower is in the very bones of Her people. It's why Ferelden has twice as many heroes as the rest of Thedas.

They did defeat the Fifth Blight with the only help coming from inside the nation itself. A united Ferelden is a force to be reckoned with.

It is, and i am pro Alistair. but peace is needed, you have the mage-templar war starting a sea above them, Qunari already sending scouts to their land. and even if they are able to resist the Qunari initial occupation, but they don't even have a navy to stop the invasion. they would be like the guerrilla fighters of Sehron.

Ferelden gets this trait from being loosely based on England (or Scotland).

Not with Orlais it isn't. The only thing that is needed is Orlais burning to the ground.
