Hmm the colors are dazzling.

Let's make it one at a time, talking about off-host latency and kit choice, from my PUG experience:

>100ms, Cabal (because Poison Strike will get you nowhere) and Fury (because Throw is likely to miss) excluded;

>150ms, most Vanguard and melee kits excluded (self-explanatory);

>200ms, most Adept kits excluded (because your Warp balls/any other peojectile power will hardly hit enemies);

>250ms, you may want to drop most grenade kits, because your nades will take forever to land on enemies, stick to weapon kits, that's your only hope;

>300ms plus packet loss, just leave, you won't have much (if any) fun here.
