OH crap, I just realized we're in for a crapload of SPOILERS.

Read through the posts as far as OCD goes why dont you read a book about it. OCD does not mean it attacks everything. As for my gramar I do apolagize but this is not my native tongue so im doing the best I can.



Let me just give you two instances that got on my nerves.



1. Was that I could clearly see the enemy and when I droped AOE spells on them it did nothing.. why because I have not gone through the cinematic sequance that basicaly told me tha they were going to kill me.

2 I chose the option to attack now. They guy kept talking for like a minute after I said that....I said attack NOW non listen to him NOW. sorry that pissed me off.



But again this is my opinion Im not sure why people get so bent out of shape because I have a different view of the game than I do. The guys at work warned me against posting on this site stating and I quote "its just a bunch ofan boy an idiots, if you say anything negative they will turn on you like rabit wolves" ...guess to somedegree they were correct(except for a hew people).

If he has OCD then the 132 makes sense. I would imagine OCD would make you be very thorough. I have some tendencies as such and it makes me spend a lot of time tweaking stuff then is not needed.

Its hared to argue with anyone in here since everyone is pro.. Obviously this would be a different story if every once was against. You belive what you want I really could not care I just vented because for some reason I felt it beats me why I was warned about this. Have a nice day everyone.

That was last updated a long time ago...and let's be fair, even when logged in routinely it doesn't always update as it should.

I do enjoy the game. I don't particularly care if you (the OP) didn't. I was simply commenting on what you might have done to strengthen your argument (IE, not exaggerate, own up to mistakes).

Ok since everyone is asking. I just loaded the game. The actuall time was 109.? something.

The level was 20 and half way to 21. So no Im not level 17.

I have nothing wrong with you not enjoying the game. Your points about cut-scenes ruining strategy IS annoying, as for nuking non-hostiles before they see you, I don't know, that's just the game preventing cheese, and not really the fault of the game trying to screw you over. I recall BGII had several moments where you could just launch a Cloud Kill and skip an entire battle, they probably just wanted to skip that kind of cheese this time around.

As for story elements, I agree it was cliche, I'll give you that. Though I felt there were certainly unique elements here, yet I haven't read a ton of fantasy novels to be able to judge the content or feel short changed by previously used concepts. What I did enjoy were the convincing character relationships and the general writing was well done, which is important to me in story telling. I didn't expect them to reinvent the wheel going into this game.

There were several quests I enjoyed just from the stand point of being able to control the way the plot unfolded. This is a game after all and I think the the game did a better job of including the player and making them feel like their presence actually mattered than it did of telling the greatest story ever told, which is what novels are for.

You also need to stop apologizing every time you criticize this game, that's ridiculous. Also, of course it's your own opinion, you don't need to apologize for that, why would you apologize for your own opinion? Personally, most of the things you didn't like with this game are very petty, and in no way game breaking, at least to the average player, so I can't really give them much weight.

The problem isn't that everyone here is pro, everyone here is complaining about something, it's just that you were either far too vague or didn't provide any convincing arguments, such as your characters standing in the fire being a problem.

Also, giving anecdotes about how everyone here is, "an idiot and fanboy" isn't helping your cause, regardless if it's just what someone else said.

I actually did not say those words. Those are things that I was told but ofcourse people will still not belive it. I do agree with you I did enjoy the story but for me the boss combat system really ruined the game. But thats just me. If you enjoyed the game thats great. We should talk perhaps there is something im doing wrong. But I dont want to talk to a person whos everyother word will be "wow thats fail"

This thread is kind of sad. I feel like it would have gone much better without the ridiculous numbers. I thought you were trolling at first. You aren't doing anything wrong to not like this game, obviously. If you aren't enjoying it after 90 hours, it's not your game, though maybe you come back to it in a few months and find some light. I suppose that's happened before.

Ok, now I'm gonna flat out call you a liar. 6 hour playthrough???? U think anyone would belive that? Even if u skip every cutscene and you don't do any of the sidequests and you don't have any of the DLC it surely takes more than 6 hrs to beat this game... Sorry, but I just can't believe what you're saying... Also, everytime you post something, it seems to contradict something that you posted before...

I went through and looked at all my save games I do apolagize it was 36 not 6 again I will admit that I was wrong. I just glanced at it. What else did I contradict?
