Remembering how the Rachni Queen mind melded/communicated with the Asari in ME2, and that the Queen did not appear to be indoctrinated in ME3 even though she was captured by the Reapers, do you think the Rachni are immune to Reaper and Leviathan mind control? Perhaps the Rachni could even act as a check on the control exerted by Leviathan in the war's aftermath.

I think it is the opposite they are easy to mind control least the drones not sure about the queen since she never seems to be MCed just physically chained both times we meet her.

Since they have been around a lot longer than any other species that we know of they do seem content doing their own thing.  With the reapers defeated, I see the rachni being a less of a threat than a cured Krogan race.

It is possible that the Reapers indoctrinate the rachni children by transmitting their signal through the queen. Thus the "notes soured" explanation and the need to strap the queen to that device in ME3. The queen herself seems immune to the indoctrination, seeing as she helps with the Crucible once freed. Perhaps it has something to do with their way of communication.

I don't think they are able to control minds similar to Leviathans (and even they needed the orbs to make it effective), but they can certainly "edit them", removing certain memories and planting new ones.

Ugh.. this again.

The Krogan have no ships. None. Just don't give them any planets and ships and let them solve their population growth issues on their own or be killed by it.

There's zero risk for the Galaxy here, unless they learn to teleport themselves.

Unless they get ships not through the official channels, or build ships themselves with a little help from non-official sources.
