LOL! I must've missed the Ramen comment.

The way I interpreted the Mass Effect universe, humanity has achieved a near utopian society. The planet is united, people live to 150 years and disease has been abolished...

Yet people still eat Ramen noodles...HAHA!

No, but why eat crap if you can afford real food?

That it's crap is your opinion.

Not at all. Ramen is not exactly productive in maintaining a long and pain-free lifespan.

I have my Bachelors in sports nutrition.  Not to brag, but I think that gives my opinion some validity.  A noodle from a refined carbohydrate, flavored with a "seasoning" that has hydrogenated fat, excessive salt, and MSG doesn't strike me as being a health food.

...Oh yes, and all other snacks like hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, etc. Are, right? And you can't ever have a snack to live very long, right? Especially in a time with highly advanced genetics, right?

As a health advocate I can't reccommend any of those foods.  Sorry.
There are nutritious snacks of course.  I enjoy snacking on blueberries, rasberries, and whole wheat pita bread with hummus.

I cannot advocate any of the foods you mentioned as being acceptable for human consumption lest I would betray my educational backround.

So, you're one of the few people who are afraid of food with some taste. I feel sorry for you. But the rest of humanity including me do want to enjoy our food. Your education doesn't mean crap for people's opinions and tastes.

I am studying International Law, I disagree with the death penalty for example, but that is my personal opinion. My education doesn't make my opinion about it someone else's opinion too.

It's not a health food, though it's cheap and easy sustenance for the twenty-something university student with a check-book a little too small for his hobbies. It's not healthy, I realize, though I exercise regularly and eat healthy when I can so I hardly think it's a crime to eat ramen.

You think I don't enjoy my food?  I love my food.  Difference between us is that the food I like is healthy while the food you like is crap.

Incorrect. The difference is that I'm not a stuck-up health freak.

Some lines are great everytime you hear them.

Killing the latter is business, killing the former is a favor to the universe" - Wrex

Cracks me up every time.

Nice to know you can spare feelings easily. <_<
I realize the temptation of quoting epic things from Mass Effect is difficult (I do it all the time!) , though do you really think that's the best way to deny someone? Even saying you've already got a girlfriend would of been a better way.
