My life style is fine, thank you for asking, its just that they don't see the point in monitoring every little amount of food you eat. Eating at McDonald's or having some cake is fine every once in a while, you just can't eat it all the time. I am overweight not because of body fat, 13.5% of my body mass, but because of muscle mass and my height. ( im short, only 4.7 feet tall)
Your basis is so paranoid of eating unhealthily that it seems like a hassle. I have some questions for you, Have you ever ate a cheeseburger? Have you ever had cake or any other desert?
Eating unhealthily is fine every once in a while and I bet at least once in your life you have had to eat unhealthily (college for me, ouch)
If your body fat is 13.5 percent then you are most definetly overweight. A healthy adult male really should have nothing greater than a 10 percent body fat. I personally only have a 4 percent body fat.
You don't need to monitor every kind of food you eat, you just need to know what NOT to eat.
For example, avoid simple sugars, hydrogenated fats, MSG, refined grains, corn syrup, aspartame and other unnatural perservatives found in processed foods.
Secondly, find out what your metabolic type is. There is no one size fits all diet, some people's bodys react better to carbohydrate based diets, while others react better to protein. You can get metabolic testing done by a professional or take an online test.
I am a carb based metabolic type which composes only 3 percent of the human population, by far the rarest. As such my body prefers lots of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. I avoid all meats, dairy, and animal products.
No, I have never had a cheeseburger or processed desert as I was raised on my lifestyle.
