I am completely offline on my PS4 and just want to know from a developers or one who actualy knows. Will I be able to play this game's single player mode right from the get go being completely offline. That is no online activation at all or being online at any point, just popping the game disk in and playing. I really hope so since this is my most anticipated game this year and I loved the previous Dragon Age games so much!
Will I be able to play Dragon Age Inquisition on Playstation 4 being completely offline?

Probably but you need to download the Keep if you want to import any of your choices from the old games.

You will be able to but you won't be able to import your world states since that uses the Keep and that requires a connection. Missing the patches will probably suck too.

Well I don't plan on doing that. I just really need a 100 % answer if you can play the game being completely offline. Please someone

You should be able to play offline, you'll just get a lot of messages while starting it up for the first time from EA and BioWare asking why you aren't online and if you really want to be. And in a game this big, missing the patches sounds pretty bad, but it's your choice.

I'd go online just to set things up the first time around. I don't think it would be a good idea to stay offline all the way through.
And this question doesn't really belong here.

I'm more worried about the PC version. I still hate Blizzard for the lies they told about Diablo 3.

Well I apologize for repeating myself, but I really dont know if you know the answer with 100 % certainty. I guess I would just like to get an answer from a developer.
The developers HAVE confirmed that you will be able to play offline. You only require a connection to import your world states from the Keep.
Edit: Also to clarify you only need to import your world state once. After that you will be able to continue with the imported world state without a connection.

The question you should be asking is "can I play DA:I's DLCs while being completely offline?".
