I made a guy who looks like he is in 60s~70s with white heir and beard. Does that make sense story-wise? Which origin best befits this age?
How old is the warden? Does it make sense if I play a senior warden?

None of the origins really work with someone old. All six are probably younger then 30.
However, you could create him as an Orlesian Warden in Awakening. You'd probably have to headcanon that he took the Joining when he was in his 40's, to explain why he hasn't gone on his Calling yet.

Uh... well, a Cousland would be older than his parents, so that wouldn't work. A mage would have been made Tranquil long ago and wouldn't have been able to avoid the Harrowing for 50 years or more. Elves can't grow beards, so you can't be talking about a Dalish or City Elf, and again, the Dwarf Noble would be much older than his father and brothers so that would be impossible.
Looks like your character is a time traveler or has some kind of aging disease OP...

Noooooo!
That's cruel.
I still want to create an old guy and roleplay him. I will revise my question. Beard and 60s aside, what is the oldest age I could fit in without much weirdness in each origin?

Let's see... *cracks knuckles*
City Elf lives with middle-aged Dad, has two 20-something cousins, and is facing an arranged marriage. 25? Maybe?
Dalish Warden has a 20-something best friend that they grew up with and a middle-aged foster mom... 25? Maybe?
Mage!Warden is supposed to be really young. IIRC, Jowan (Surana/Amell's 20-ish buddy) remarks that he's older than they.
Cousland has an older brother, about 30 or so. Again, 25 - maybe- but given the dialogue in-game that also feels like it would be pushing it.
Never played either of the dorf origins. :-/

It might actually work for the dwarves, at least the noble origin. Trian looks kind of old to me, and he's the eldest brother. You play the middle sibling, and it's hard to tell Bhelen's age. You never see their mother, and their father's elderly..
Your sister in the Dwarf commoner origin looks too young, though.

I've always felt the Cousland is a teenager. He/she more like 18 or 19.

I always figured femCousland around 21/22. Not that much older than Al. ManCousland I take around 25 or so. Mage around the 22/23 mark. It also depends on the face - sometimes the wardens look like babies. One time I had a Cousland girl who looked around 15. No - that's not right.
There is that dialogue with Howe at the start that may make the Cousland children older - when she/he baulks at marrying someone younger.

Trian doesn't look like he's old to me, so much as he looks like he's trying to look venerable and kingly. And Bhelen seems like he's about Rica's age. And I think they're all full siblings, so different mother wouldn't work I don't think.

Hard living does make one look older than they really are. I suppose you could RP someone who is living the rock and roll life style and because of that they look in their 50's to 60's when they really are 30. Maybe they were exposed to a lyrium fire/fallout when young that changed their appearance. If you want to also be a mage hater just blame the old weird mage fellow that lived in the spooky castle down the road that your friends double dogged dared you to go in alone. Or maybe next time you will pick the blue pill...say no to red! Anyways this is the fun of RP you can do it in so many ways.

I made a grey-haired DC warrior who looked young but prematurely aged. Honestly, I didn't even do it on purpose. I just picked the hair color and the beard shape, and a facial expression I thought looked good with it. It was only later I realized that he looked like he could be a thug who came up in the world and got a bath and a decent suit of armor.

HN-17-19ish
HM/EM-17-22ish
DN-25ish
DC-17-19ish
CE-15-18ish
DE-17-20ish
Even at the most generous of ages, 60 is way out of the ballpark.

I always figured the Dalish elf to be about 16 or 17. City elf's about 18 to 21, Couslands about 18-19, Mages about 17-21, Dwarfs between 18 and 24???

I kind of headcanon my first city elf (shown in my profile pic) is 29. Since I didn't know when Leliana's Song is supposed to take place and I didn't know how far before DA:O it was when Adaia died/was killed, I had it as she died when my CE was 19, which was 10 years before DA:O.
As for the mages, I kind of assumed that they were in the late teens.
Dwarf commoner? Early to mid-20s.
Dwarf noble? Mid to late-20s.
Human noble? Late teens/early-20s.
Dalish elf? Early-20s.
I suppose that city elf should be somewhere in their early-20s, but I'm still headcanoning that my first CE is 29 in DA:O. ![]()

I always had the feeling the Dalish elves were younger. Tamlen was in trouble for wrestling or something similar... not something a 20 year old usually does. The keeper speaks to them also as they are still a child (early teen).

Must have been a shock when over a decade of that was probably take away.

tbh, I made him 19 in my backstory fanfic for him (basically Adaia was murdered and he hunted down and killed her killers) and I also mentioned that it happened 10 years ago in my main DA:O fanfic, so I'll admit that I kind of wrote myself into a corner there. So, really, I made my headcanon work with my canon in my fanfics, even if it doesn't exactly fit with the canon DA timeline.

I always got the feeling that the Warden (at least a non-Dwarf Warden) was relatively young and about the same age as Alistair, so 19-20ish.

Late teens for a mage seem a little to old to wait for the harrowing. I would think they would do that 12-16 age. Then again Jowan doesn't look young and he hadn't done it yet. Was that based off how much power the mage had and not age?

It's based on whether the mage is deemed powerful enough to survive, though given the way demons work they would probably also be judging based on the mage's wisdom and cunning. As for age, you gotta figure a mage who isn't ready past a certain point isn't going to be ready ever, and the odds drop off farther and farther the older they get. And holding onto a non-Harrowed mage is like holding onto a bomb that you don't know what might set off.

I always placed mine at 22. Sounds about right to me for pretty much any origin tbh, except for perhaps mages.

Him and Mahariel were sparring, which got them in trouble for whatever reason.
And I'd imagine Marethari speaks to pretty much everyone like they're children. Tamlen, Fenarel, Merrill etc. all had their vallaslin, so they're probably all young adults, early 20s, 18 at the very least. Marethari and Paivel are probably just old enough to call everyone kids. :S
