I have seen a few things saying DA:I will be at TGS do you think we will see something new or just a repeat of what was at Games Con or PAX?

Historically, some Western developers have marketed their games slightly differently at TGS, for a more immediate appeal to the generalized tastes of the nation's gaming population. That could occur here, if they've bothered to show up and such. It depends on how much they want to pour into trying to impress. I think Japan's certainly a bit more open toward the idea of more... well, open games over the past couple of years than in, say, 2008, though, so it might be worth a shot.
