LOL. I hate Disney. They're like EA, but worse. Thankfully, FOX has the rights to X-Men.

Are you kidding? Disney is probably the best thing that has happened to Star Wars, since the original trilogy. Disney MAY be a corporation out for profit (GASP!), but they are professional enough to realize they recieve that profit by delivering quality products. Fox has no interest in good quality product beyond maintaining rights to x-men, as evidenced by the steaming pile of shits the vast majority of the x-men movies have been.

I don't know. The Jedi took the threat of the dark side rather seriously. If it was an option I believe a jedi would give a mage two choices. Either come and train with them until they had reached the status of knight or give up their magic. If that second one was possible. A mage isn't like a jedi though. If I'm not mistaken if a jedi isn't trained their force powers remaining relatively nonthreatening. An untrained mage actually seems to become more dangerous if you consider unintended consequences. Now I can't see the jedi forcing an adult that had been trained to stay considering how they let their members wonder off. On many levels though I'm anti Jedi. In The Old Republic I went bounty hunter just so I could kill those arrogant jerks that have the nerve to try and force their idea of justice off on me.

yes jedi untrained are sloppy at best. I played neutral jedi and sith falling to either extreme was silly or pretentious

They had two duds. Two. Out of seven, that's a solid track record. You may like assembly line entertainment, but Disney's ethos of 'push mediocrity until you get lucky' isn't for everyone.

Mandolore the Ultimate during the Mandolorian Wars yes.

But that wasn't the end of them, they existed long before that conflict and for a long time after it.

But Kreia did speak the truth about their ultimate end.

They will die a death that will last a millenia, until all that last, is their code, there history, and the shell of their armor upon the shell of a man, too easily slain by jedi.

They survived Jango's death, but they weren't what they were after him for decades.

Losing a Mandolore tends to do that for Mandolorians.

Pretty much same thing for jedi and sith lords but did mandolorians evered recovered because as far i renember is their downfall in kotor 1 and 2 and don't know what was with them after.

I disagree. The first x-men film was awesome. The two next were steaming piles of ****. The Wolverine spin-offs were manhandeled. First Class was a good idea, but poorly executed. Days of Future Past was good, and gives me hope for Age of Apocalypse.

Not that the MCU is spotless. Pretty much their entire phase 1 besides Iron Man 1 and Avengers were mediocre at best. But they have demonstrated a desire to respect the source material and improving the quality of their product moving forward.

Fox had to make Days of Future Past to erase ALL that they had done in their previous movies. That should give us a hint of the quality of their previous movies.

Celene isn't capable of blood magic, if nothing else.

But she is capable of killing tens of thousands of elves simply to silence dissenters, all on a few orders.

And it's not like purging elves has ever caused the veil to split and invite demons in an orphanage right?

I more or less agree with everything you said except for X-2 and the Wolverine. IMO X-2 is up there with Raimi's Spider-Man 2, but still well beneath TDK. The Wolverine only fucked up in the third act when they made Silver Samurai a damn mecha. Avengers is overrated though and has it's status because it was an 'event' film despite being barely good.

It's not enough they did an abominable job with the character. They had to go a step beyond and make a giant middle finger to anyone who liked the deadpool character, not even the version up on the screen.

The Merc with The Mouth. And they took away his ****** mouth.

We are talking about their cinematic universes. But as I said, by the end of the day, Disney, as all other corporations, are out for the profit. If they believe there is a market for it, they will make the product. Depending on the size of the market, the budget for said product will be big or small.

And folks wonder why i don't bother with super hero movies period, when they are based upon comics.

There was never been an adequate movie that followed its source.
