He said that for a person to have two qualities doesn't mean that either caused or required the other.
Ahh makes sense he would say something like that.

It can also be your worst enemy. XD

I thought you had to be crazy to be on BSN. ![]()
now with that out the way, according to a post a page or two back we are bringing in both the Templars and mages into the Inquisitor fold.
If this is true how do you feel about it?

Huh? We are or we can? Both groups? And if that wasn't enough questions, where did you hear that? xD

I would be ecstatic to have the Templars but I want to kill the mage upstarts.

According to this user we can.
I don't know how closely you all have been following DA:I's news, but the Inquisitor's job isn't to pick a winner in this war, it is to rein in both traitorous groups and put their violent tendencies to better use.

That's my monkey. XD

Let's face it, we are going to need magic to fix this problem.
According to this user we can.
Oh, I saw that but assumed it was merely their interpretation... did you see that Skyhold piece in Game Informer where they said that we'd be siding with one early on and that in doing so we could enlist the aid of the mages or Templars? I think that's the most recent news...

They are both subcultures of the world I've already stated a desire to take over.
now give me my bananna! XD. Anyway aside from the heated debates that go in circles where x side is wrong we should see whatvthe devs do, cause being called wrong is just adding to the flameThat's my monkey. XD Let's face it, we are going to need magic to fix this problem.

Yeah I saw that. But I would be surprised if we didn't recruit from both sides since we are obviously going to need both in order to fix the breach,

Before I read any further, did you even look at the link I posted?

Jake the Black is one of the apostates that the Templars want you to help round up because they escaped from the Gallows.
I missed the part where it said escaped the gallows as I was focusing on Jake. I'd like to know how someone earns themselves a nick name while locked away though.
Let's face it, we are going to need magic to fix this problem.
I don't see why after all it is the Templars who specialize in killing demon/abominations and the Inquisitor is the only one who can close the fade rifts.

Eh... I don't mind. I'd let the mages help so long as they go back to the Circle once this is over.
edit: The Templars as well, actually. They also belong in the Circle, not in the Inquisition.

Mages can kill demons and such and mages can close a broken veil as we have seen in DA:O's DLC like Wich Hunt showed.
and after all the Inquisitor can't be everywhere at once.

I'm sure both of them would be glad to return to their former roles after the war.
Only the Inquisitor can close rifts. These don't work the same as the Tears in the Veil from before. As Templars can combat demons better than mages, there's no reason to prefer them over the Templars either.

If the mages can close broken veils of this magnitude than why did Bioware say the inquisitor was the only one who can do it? In fact the inquisitors ability to do so is the sole reason he is the leader.

Two words: Raw. Power.
