Norway has IKEA. Doesn't make it a major economic player. The Asari, Volus, Turians, and Salarians are all guaranteed to have far, far larger and healthier economies, and there isn't any information on the Hanar or the Elcor.
Now that is just funny. Salarians, Asari, Turians, Geth, and the Terminus would stomp the Alliance. The Quarians and maybe the Batarians would stand a good chance against it.
Come on now. Have you read the codex, like, ever? The Turians have 37 dreadnoughts, and at least thirty two fleets. The Asari have 21 dreadnoughts, and the Salarians have 16, and both of their dreadnought/fleet ratios should be similar to the Turians'. The Salarians also have the STG, and that just makes it unfair. The Geth have a navy with numbers comparable to the Turians, and would stomp the Alliance, and the Quarians were able to go toe-to-toe with them.
Your words were that it was "It's the weakest economically" i was simply disproving that, of course a 30 year is not enough time to out grow the main three plus the volus. But they have do have several large human corporations own a good share of the market and are a large trade partner of the Turians they are no where never the weakest. it would most likely be something like vorcha, krogon, Quarians, Batarians, hanar/elcor/human, volus, Salarians/Turians, and then asari .
But you are way off with the Military.
1. Pre-ME humanity was saw as a strong enough force to act as peace keeper/stabilize the Skyllian Verge and the Attican Traverse allow them to be favored over the Batarians in their prime.
2. only 3% of the population are in the military compare to the much higher numbers of the other races, meaning in war a draft could majorly cause the enemy to be outnumber.
3. Humanity make up for their smaller number as "Their strengths lie in fire support, flexibility, and speed. They make up for lack of numbers with sophisticated technical support (V.I.s, drones, artillery, electronic warfare) and emphasis on mobility and individual initiative." and "they bypass enemy strong points and launch deep into their rear, cutting supply lines and destroying headquarters and support units, leaving enemies to "wither on the vine"." -Systems Alliance: Military Doctrine
4. Humanity use Carriers, which none of the other races invented, to make up for the lower numbers of dreadnought.
5. Humanity is a member of the council so they can have a 3 to 5 ratio of dreadnought with the Turains.
6. The Allanice has more, presumably upgraded, SR-1 type ships.
7. The Asari have a skilled military but are lacking in armor and number the turain saying was "The asari are the finest warriors in the galaxy. Fortunately, there are not many of them." They have 21 dreadnoughts but their fleets are composed mainly of frigates and fighters using hit-and-run mindset. That is not format the best for all out war. so without the Turians the Alliance could take them out
8. The salarian military is interesting to think about, they are really similar to the alliance in strategy and size. They do have the cutting edge technology and the best intelligence but they are focus on convert action and stealth. They would fair better then the Asari but in a all out war they would fall without help as a multiple attack on their cities would simple drain them of their ship. Still their stealth dreadnought could do some damage.
9. Quarians need liveships SR-1s could easy destroy them killing off the Quarians while the fleets have them battling them. Also quantity vs quality does work as well when several ships are 300 years old and human can't be hit with a special anti-geth weapon like the geth were before they join the reapers.
10. the Batarians are a paper tiger they would be a pain to fight but they can't win. There is a reason they fight using terrorist and slavers.
I will admit that if the races of the Terminus combined they could fight the Alliance, but if that happen the Turains and Council would have to fight them too.
So basically it is like if the Alliance fight the Asari or Salarians, the Turains and Asari/salarian would join in.
Leading us back to when i said no one "Beside the Turians/Council and the Geth" could fight the Alliance.
I would rank it as vorcha*, Krogan **, hanar/drell, elcor, Quarians, Batarians, asari, Salarians, human, geth, and Turians/volus***
Terminus are a unknown besides the Batarians, vorcha and mercs so it can't be placed.
*Vorcha have no form of government or formal military
**pre-ME3 Krogan lack a main government and wars ships and could be defend just be blockade on their plant.
***Volus are under the protection of the Turians.
