This is my first playthrough. It's on narrative so that I can get used to the controls (I keep using my spacebar to pause before combat. Funny how that doesn't work). Kaidan Alenko is beaten to a pulp and in Huerto Medical Centre. I want to grab him before heading out on the missions that are piling up. How do I get off the Normandy to check on him and how the hell do I get the Normandy underway?
