I want to be able to use them in a cutscene but I can't seem to figure out how.
Is there any way to get the armor and weapons from return to ostagar?

You have to have the DLC I believe. Then you can extract the items, stick them in your module/override/toolsetexport??

Most DLC files are encrypted. The only way to extract the archives is to decrypt them first, which, as DRM circumvention, technically falls under the banner of piracy and is thus not a subject of discussion likely to be looked kindly on by moderators/admins.

See, I had no idea the DLC was encrypted. But why would it be piracy if you paid for the DLC and are just using the items for a cutscene? Can't you use the console to obtain the items in-game?
Added~ I see, the toolset cannot read the erf.
