The ones you can;'t post in are usually informational threads made by developers that simply give info and they do not want a lot of other posts clogging up the info.
Yes you only get so many likes a day I think. I must be a stingy 'like' person because I've never reached that limit.

Are you saying like have to go into my account and type in the UPC code for game or something before im worthy to post about the game? And If I do that then I can go to the ME3 Multiplayer section and then I am "allowed" to talk about it?

Hello this belongs in the BSN help area of the forums so I am moving it there. To answer your question some areas of the forums are restricted to those who own the relevant game and have registered it. Also, yes you do receive a set number of likes and they replenish themselves.
