You really don't have to kill those things on many kits. Just bait em into blowing up and dodge/charge/keep running away. Saves the ammo and feels like you're killing two birds with one stone.

I've had success doing that with Seeker Swarms. But I've never been able to outrun the massive explosion and blinding of Seeker Plagues :/
Biotic Charge, Shadow Strike, Drell + Adrenaline III's, etc.
Also if you're a kit with slowing powers that slow actually might help... for once. 
Unfortunately (No, really) sometimes you accidentally do it when it's behind another teammate or three and, "oops" they get swarmed.
...My bad.

Worst: Turret. The only good thing about these is when they kill the Engineer they're attached to.

Favorite: Pyro. Watching these guys march straight ahead through a wall of bullets, while on fire... that's some serious dedication right there.
Worst: Bomber. One carpet bombs the area, and you can decide to either take it standing, or run like a pyjak straight into The People's Elbow from the hunter coming up behind you.
**Reaper**
Favorite: Brute. Going toe to toe with one... or two... of these is arguably one of the most intense things in the game. One mistake, and you'll likely be in several pieces shortly.
Worst: If I had to pick one, it'd be the Banshee just for the broken sync-kill mechanic.
**Collector**
Favorite: Collector Trooper/Captain. Headshot dispensers. Honorable mention goes to Possessed Abomination for obvious reasons.
Worst: Scion. Watching a metric ton of grenades land at your feet from halfway across the map, you actually start to miss the shockwave Scion of ME2 days.

Nicely put but I can't see the Green 
Cerberus:
- Atlas: Easy and satisfying to kill.
- Guardians: They look so intimidating...until they realize that you've AP ammo, and that they're full of holes
Reapers:
- Ravagers: Satisfying to kill. I always give them priority over any other enemy. Their long-range attack can be decimating if not taken care of.
- Brutes: Love jet-dodging them while they charge, and killing them via Saber headshots.
Collectors:
- Praetorians: Shooting them in the balls and watch them roll in pain is pure bliss
Geth:
- Every single one of them, really. They're no match for a Saber user. Last match of mine against them = 211k on Gold.
Don't forget the visible genitalia. Big selling point right there.

Banshee.
No, it's not a fetish towards naked Asari milfs, but it's the design. First, she looks like a Giger's creation, which is always nice 
Second, it's her combat style. She's superfast, tanky, chases you and if she gets close, you gonna get instagib'd. Yet you can CC her quite well if you know how. She's not a supertanky slooooooow boss, who spams cheap AOE OHK projectiles while you have to camp in one spot and shoot him for 10 minutes straight.
Also she has a lovely smile
