It's obvious that we've all put a lot of thought into our characters, maybe even down to birthdays, spirit animals, and horoscopes and such.
Does your character have an astrological sign? Western, Chinese, Celtic Tree, anything goes.

I honestly hadn’t thought about a zodiac sign for Tess, but when I thought about it the Ohgam method of divination came into my brain (which makes sense, I always think of Ferelden in Celtic terms, weirdly.).
After doing some looking (And while I know a bit, and am learning more, I am by no means an expert on these) among my own books, and online, this is what I’ve come up with.

Tinne represents holly. A lot of different things are said, but basically, it’s used to reference “warrior” things. Strength in training, justice, fast thinking.
As for her name day- she was born, she thinks, on the 21st day of Kingsway. At least that’s the day she’s always considered her name day. After the summer, but not quite Autumn.
Unfortunately Tempest doesn't know her birth date because she was a foundling. She was left on the steps of the chantry orphanage when she was too young to remember anything of her previous life.
Her daughters decided her birthday should be celebrated in the spring, but there's no factual basis for that. ![]()
As a devout Andrastian, Tempest would tell you that she does not hold with astrology or signs.
She's a real stick in the mud sometimes!
Beldin was born on Summerday between 30 Cloudreach and 1 Bloomingtide, when the daffodils are up and the trees are are sending out their leaves. Like the holiday, he often finds himself between things, a little bit of outsider. He's definitely a Taurus, though. He isn't afraid of hard work, but he loves relaxation and creature comforts. He can't cook, but he holds great respect for people who can, and he loves the little luxuries that fall his way. He's athletic and strong, but his athleticism is motivated by need, not a hunger for competition. He'll take part in a contest if he has to, but he'd rather save his energy for other things. And he positively adores luxury, even if the existence of it is largely theoretical. That said, he'll rough it if he has to, and he won't cmplain.
I hadn't yet thought about it, but it is surely interesting.
Bartha has probably a bear as spirit animal.
For celtic birthsign... I consider her to be an Alder
Edit: and for western astrology... absolutely Aries
I have no idea how the DA calendar translates to ours? But I'd say she is from about late March.
