Harry Mason from Silent Hill, all I'd need to do is stick Cheryl on one side of the battlefield and he'd clear it just to get to her.

Seer Sister from fable 1- She seems like she would be a pretty awesome follower of Rivaini faith.

Grown Ellie from Last of Us- Maybe a Necromancer who has seen some things? But I love her mixture of Tough yet also vulnerable, and a kind of sister character for the PC might be interesting. 

Samus- Because she deserved a better send off and she would be a great warrior/ Mass effect character I think.

1) Vaas Montenegro from Far Cry 3, for his entertaining lunacy.

2) The Darkness from The Darkness, because his voice alone should be used for all Fade demons.

On second thought these would make horrendous companions unless you were aiming for a "burn it all" playthrough...but I want 'em!

1. Master Neloth (TES: Morrowind, TES: Skyrim - Dragonborn DLC) - because he's a hilariously awful man, but more importantly a powerful mage.  Ooh, I can almost taste the snarky party banter....

2. Solaire of Astora (Dark Souls) - Praise the sun.

3. Impa (The Legend of Zelda) - she'd make an awesome rogue.  Probably the OoT reincarnation, although young!Impa from SS would be awesome too.

 

You could also replace any of these with Almalexia.
